soojin pov

the moment miyeon opened the door, tears were starting to form in my eyes and i immediately ran to shuhua. i hugged her tight and let my tears flow endlessly. even though i was skipping towards this café with a smile, the thoughts of losing them didn't leave my mind.

"can you let go of me now, jinjinie?" i let go of her and her face was as red as a tomato. i giggled even though my tears weren't planning to stop any second now, i pulled her in a hug again.

"let's stay like this for a while. i was scared... i thought i was going to lose you shu." i hugged her tight and i heard her sigh. i buried my face on her neck and didn't care whether my makeup would be ruined. i just wanted to feel her, the comfort i love. she hugged me back and stroked her hand on my back.

"i won't leave you babe, i promise." i let go of her and her hands cupped my face. she kissed my lips and my forehead. she smiled and wiped my tears.

"let's get your makeup fixed soo, i got a lot prepared for you." shuhua said and held my hand. she lead me to a room and minnie was there with a makeup pouch beside her. shuhua reassured that she'll be fine and left the room.

third person's pov

"yeh shuhua!" as soon as shuhua left soojin and minnie in the room, soyeon ran to her and smacked her head. shuhua groaned in pain and glared at the tiny leader.

"your first plan failed, this is plan b. you scared her so much!" soyeon said and pushed shuhua to the table. she let her sit and plans to nag her.

"you shouldn't have left her alone at the dorm. atleast miyeon has to be there. you didn't listen to me-" soyeon got caught off at her nagging when miyeon smacked her head.

"aish jeon soyeon, the plan b was successful. no need to nag shuhua for that. she just wanted to make soojin happy."

"but-"

"no buts soyeon. let's leave her alone to clear her thoughts okay? why don't we practice with our instruments?" miyeon didn't wait for soyeon to answer when she dragged her towards their instruments.

shuhua remained sitted on her chair while waiting for soojin to sit infront of her. countless thoughts were in her mind, maybe she was a bit harsh on leaving soojin alone. she knew soojin doesn't like being alone in the dorm but she still insisted to leave her there, alone and worried. she just sighed and let the thoughts overcome her. while she was lost in her thoughts, she was expecting soojin would be here any second now but yuqi sitted infront of her with a smile.

"cheer up yeh shu!" yuqi's eyes were full of determination and shuhua smiled back. shuhua is very thankful that yuqi was there always to cheer her up, whether it's because of a fight with soojin or just random thoughts that make her crumple. anyways, yuqi started to talk and shuhua was staring out at nowhere.

"shuhua!"

"huh? yes?" she shook her head to go back to reality. she was lost in her thoughts again and this time, she doesn't remember what she was thinking about. yuqi just placed her hands on shuhua's and smiled wider for her.

"when do you plan to marry soojin? our contracts will end 5 years from now. do you want to continue with the group or be with soojin?" shuhua kept quiet and let yuqi finish her question. she sighed deeply, she hasn't even thought on how to marry her soojin. they are still rookies and marrying soojin will only affect the image of the group.

"i don't know.." that was the only thing shuhua managed to say. she really doesn't know. while thinking, yuqi saw soojin walking towards their table and stood up to let soojin sit infront of shuhua.
