She checked in with the main nurse and headed upstairs. She opened the door. August was sitting up in bed, dubiously preening his wings. His face lit up when he saw them all come in. "Mom! Grey! Atlas! Dakota!" He jumped out of the bed and gave Dakota a huge hug. "I'm so glad you're okay!" He hugged Grey and Atlas next, and finally his Mom. Maggie gave him a light shove. "You're not supposed to be out of bed." she said sternly. August sighed and flopped back onto the bed. "So how is everything?" he asked. Then he gasped. "Grey, you're going to be our brother, I almost forgot!" He jumped out of bed and gave Grey another hug. "I'm so glad!" Maggie wagged a finger at him and he crawled back into the bed. "So, how is everything?" he repeated.
Grey smiles at August. "We started a prank war. It's me and Atlas versus you and Dakota." He fiddles with the zipper on his jacket.

August laughed. "That's awesome!" he said. "Back in highschool, Dakota and I were the best of the best!" He smiled fondly at the memories. "One time, we put Kool-Aid in the school pond. Remember that Kotes!" Dakota laughed. "Are you kidding me? Yes! It was hilarious. Everyone was so confused. Do you remember when we hacked the P.A. system?" August laughed harder. "Yes! The principal was furious but he couldn't figure out who did it!" They both laughed. "You and Atlas are going to have a run for your money." August said. "You're competing against the alltime champs!"
Grey looks at Atlas, eyes wide. "What have we gotten ourselves into??" He mouths.
