Fated Together (Jennie x Mino)

Episode 20.

Mino left yesterday as he had a cf shoot. I am left alone in his large mansion. 

Letting out a sigh I take a spoonful from the bowl of porridge which the maid made especially for me, when a servant knocks on the door. 

"Yes?" I say looking up. 

"Ma'am someone came for you" he informs me. 

"Who is it?" I ask but he tells that he doesn't know. 

"Alright I'll come down in a minute" Who can it be? No one knows that I am here. Is it that Mino told Lisa that I am here? 

I enter the living room and get stunned at the sight of my very own mother. 

My mind start recalling those painful flashbacks and a tear leaves my left eye. 

"What are you doing here?" I ask somewhat rudely. 

"Jennie-yah! How are you darling? Are you okay? You don't know how much I missed you these past few days" she jumps towards me and cups my face in her hands. I stare at her unbelievably. 

"Mom?" I say and tear up in her hands. 

"Yes my daughter! Don't worry mommy is here now" she says and locks me in her warm embrace. 

You don't know how much I thrive for this. You don't know how important this moment is for me. I wish this isn't a dream, and if it is a dream then I wish I never wake up. No matter how harsh she was to me, but I still want a family. I am willing to ignore anything just for this warm hug. 

"Jennie-yah! Why didn't you tell me you were Mino's girl friend?" She says in such a sweet tone while caressing the back of my head. I suddenly pull off and stare her with blank eyes. 

So it was this. I once again understood you wrong. 

"I-" I am about to say when she cut me off. 

"I never knew this great of a person can be your boyfriend! You know what? You have hit a jackpot Jennie!" She almost jumps in joy. The happy expressions on her face torments me as if someone's scratching my scars. 

"Yes! He is my boyfriend" I don't know why but I say this. 

"Jennie let's go back home. You must have stories to tell me, right?" She holds both my hands in hers. 

"Yeah mom!"

I wake up and realize oh yeah I am back home. I get up and do my morning rituals and walk downstairs where mom welcomes me with a warm smile. 

This is what I've always wanted. A pure warm family. 

"Good morning!" She says in a cheerful tone. 

"Good morning" 

"Will you go university today?" She asks giving me a whole breakfast. I stare at the breakfast, she has made first time for me. 

"Yes I will, I have an important class today" I reply and start eating breakfast. 

"Is Mino in your class" she ask out of nowhere, and I choke on my food. 

I lied to her. He's not my boyfriend. What if I get caught? 

"Yes he's in my class" 

"That's good then! Lemme get you ready and also invite him for dinner tonight. Make him drop you home and ask him in for dinner" 

"Mom I can't do this" what if Mino tell her he is not my boyfriend. 

"Why can't you? He is your BOYFRIEND" 

"I'll try" 

She takes out a peach blouse with an off white waist skirt, rolls my hair in loose curls and do some make up. 

"Mom ain't this too much? I mean I am going university" I ask nervously. 

"Of course not! You must look pretty so that another girl won't stand a chance to allure Mino. You look pretty today" 

This is not good.  

I enter the class and everyone looks at me as if I am an alien came from mars.

Some students even start gossips. 

What the hell! I was used to be so confident.Why am I nervous now? 

I walk to my seat and gets seated. After sometime Lisa enters the class running towards me. 

"What did I hear?" She yells as soon as she reaches me. 

"How am I supposed to know this?" I laugh off even though I know what she's talking about. 

"You moved back to your mom's house?" She whisper yells. 

"Well yeah. But I had reasons. Don't ask why" I say when Mino puts his hands on my table. 

"Why did you leave without telling me?" He asks. 

"My mom came to pick me up, so I left with her but I informed your maid" I reply looking at both of them. 

"But still-" Mino says when Mrs Kim cuts him off. 

"Everyone attention please! I have something important to announce" she says banging the desk for attention. 

"Argh!! It must be another test" the whole class groans. 

"No! It's something fun this time. We've arranged a camping trip for your class to take a break from the tough schedule. It is also good for your health" she says and the whole class starts cheering up including me and Lisa. 

"There's another good thing!" Mrs Kim says. 

"The person leading you guys will be everyone's all time favorite Taeyang from the group Bigbang- kings of kpop"
