Ch. 8 Batman

I woke up and walked towards my closet. I grabbed a pair of ripped jeans and a simple pink blouse. I walked downstairs and grabbed an apple. I walked out the door after reading the sticky note from mo which read:

Good morning sweetheart. I have gone off to work and I need you to walk to school for a few days. Love ya, Mom ❤ 

I walked down the street and didn't stop until I got to school. I walked towards the main doors and walked down the corridors till I got to my locker. I opened it, grabbed the books that I needed and closed it once again. I walked towards my first class- history. Once I walked in I saw Nicole sitting in the back. I walked towards her and sat in the chair next to her. "Hi." She said cheerfully. "Hi." I said grumpily. I was still mad about what Darren did last night. I mean he couldn't even take a second to close his curtain before getting his shot of penisillin?

"Why so down?" She asked concerned. "Nothing, it's just that I saw Darren getting freaky with Jessica." I replied. "Ew. She's such a whore!" "I know right!" "Ugh. Wanna hear a joke? It'll cheer you up." She said. "Okay." I said as I buried my face I'm my hands. "Okay, What has little balls and screws old ladies?" "What?" I asked but it came out muffled. "A Bingo machine." She said. I took a while to get it but when I did i started cracking up.

After school when I was walking home there was this gross guy that kept trying to talk to me. "Where have you been all my life?" He asked. "Hiding from you.... how the hell did you find me?" I replied. He chuckled and said. "I wouldn't be talking like that because I can tell you I'm all you'll ever have." He replied. "Well I guess I won't have a lot then." "Haven't I seen you someplace before?" He asked. "Yeah, that's why I don't go there anymore." I replied. I saw my mom drive by and roll down the window. "Hi mom." I said. "Hello, hi sweetie." She greeted both me and the guy. "Does beauty run in your family?" He asked. "It obviously doesn't in yours." I replied. "I'll see you soon." He said. Creep. "I liked your approach let's see you're departure." I said while getting in the car. Pervert.

"Who was he?" Mom asked. "I don't know. I have never seen him before in my life, he just came and started giving me pickup lines." I said. "Haha I liked the last one you gave him." She said. I chuckled along with her. We walked inside the house and sat on the couch to watch tv. After watching t.v. for and hour 3 walked upstairs and took a shower. I dressed in my pj's and walked into my room. I went on facebook and started chatting with Nicole. 

Me: Hey

Nicole: Hi :(

Me: Why are you sad?

Nicole: My mom says I have to go to this dentist tomorrow and guess what his name is!

Me: What?

Nicole: Dr. Yankum! So i was told her "I'M NOT GOING TO A DENTIST CALLED YANKUM, but she always wins so I have to go :(

Me: LMFAO Dr. Yankum!!! HAHAHAHAHA Are you serious?!

Nicole: Yes! That's what I said to my mom... but then she said she was serious so I shut my mouth. 

Me: Nicole your life should be a movie xD

Nicole: Haha shut up 

We talked some more and by the end of the night I was on my bed rolling around with tears in my eyes. This girl is a legend.The things that happen to her don't happen to anyone else. I mean seriously Dr. Yankum? She said she had to go to sleep and I wasn't even close to being sleepy so I decided to watch a movie.

I wanted to watch the newest Batman movie because I haven't watched it so I watched it on Netflix. After a while of the movie playing I glanced at Darren's window and saw him with a box of popcorn staring at my tv. Wait what?! I paused the movie which caused him to look at me. A sheepish grin spread across his face when he saw me looking at him with confusement. I walked towards my window which caused him to walk towards his and we both opened it. "Are you watching a movie from my TV?" I asked. "Yeah." He simple said with a duh tone. "Why?" I asked confusement clear in my voice. "Because I like Batman!" He said back with the same obvious tone. 

"You couldn't just ask to watch it with me?" I asked. "Um... can I watch it with you?" He asked. "No." I replied. His jaw dropped and you had to see his expression it was so priceless. "Kidding." I said with a giggle. He huffed and jumped out of his window into my room. We went to my bed and laid down as far away from each other as possible. I played the movie and we watched it. Almost at the end I fell asleep with Darren still in my room. I could have swore he kissed my cheek.
