Able sat on the floor of his old containment, he stared blankly at the floor he felt numb and soul crushing sadness, he hadn't felt this way in, oh god he can't even remember the last time he felt this way. A flash of blue made him look up locking eyes with Cain, and suddenly all the sadness of losing Iris turned to rage when he remembered that Cain is the one who caused this. Able snarled and looked at Cain "What?" He spat at his brother, Cain looked at Able, his voice cracking as he spoke "a-able… i'm sorry…" Those three words send Able into a rage "YOUR SORRY?! IRIS IS DEAD, AND IT'S YOUR FAULT, JUST LIKE IT WAS YOUR FAULT I DIED." Able snapped, Cain quickly left closing the containment door behind him.

Cain slipped down the wall to the floor leaning against a wall, tears began to stream down his face, he closed his eyes and all he could see was that day, not her death, No, that's what haunted his nightmares, what he saw was her funeral. Cain slowly got up, he did this everyday on repeat he went to her grave and apologized for her death, he caused this and nothing could bring her back, he knew this and when he apologized he was mostly looking for her forgiveness.

Months had passed since then and Cain had watched Able slowly get dragged into a deep depression, Cain on the other hand had completely disregarded his human emotions, he had almost forgotten what Able was crying about, Almost, he still knew it was about Iris, it's just he had blocked anyone named Iris out, his brains form of protection for him. Cain stared at his silent brother, he pressed the button shutting the door, and he walked to the entrance of the facility, looked at the dilapidated facility and walked away. He left Able to wallow in pity of a woman he hardly remembered, he walked away from the unmarked grave that held the body of someone he once knew, and finally he walked away from his last shred of humanity.
