Chapter 27

Katelyn's POV

The coronation is officially started! I'm trying my best to pay attention to priest saying every word which is actually taking a long time. Since the coronation is streaming live throughout the world, I might as well to give my best shot! After saying prayers, it's time to take an oath as a Princess. "I Katelyn Elizabeth Diana Spencer will take my duty as the Princess of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth realms.," The priest says "Very well Your Highness, I now crown you HRH Princess Katelyn of Wales,"

I see two doves are flying towards with a tiara and it looks very familar to me like I've seen it before. That's it! It's the Spencer family tiara-Mum left it before she went to Paris. After placing the tiara on my head, I'm asked to sign some documents before accepting the Royal captor. When I come out, I'm asked to receive the captor. "Your Highness, the gloves?" the priest asks me to take the gloves off. "Oh right!" I say nervously. I carefully take out take out the gloves and put it on the pillow. I'm really worried that something will go wrong. Gathering enough courage, I take Royal captor. "By the power vested in me and in the name of God, I give you HRH Princess Katelyn of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth!"

I put back the Royal captor and wear back the gloves.

Prince Harry's POV

Mum told me and William once that my sister has a special power which is freezing. Katelyn must control her powers before things get worse. Flashback:

"Boys, your sister has a special gift which is the freezing power, she is the first Royal family member to have this very special gift," Mum said. "So will it be dangerous?" I asked. Mum said yes because fear will get Katelyn's power out of control. "How can we help her to control her powers?" Will asked. "You need to give her the love she needs. The act of love can stop a frozen heart. When you boys found her one day just remember to give her love that way her powers will be under controlled," Mum says.

Mum took out a box which contained Katelyn's locket and an envelope. "The locket is from your father and I. This letter will explain everything once Katelyn is 17. One more thing, Katelyn must not take it off something bad might happen," Mum said. "Okay mum!" William and I said.

*Flashback Ends*

Katelyn comes up to Grandmother and curtsies to her and other member of the Royal family. "You'll be a fine Queen one day," Grandmother says. "I sure hope so," Katelyn says. William comes up and clutches her hand as they walk out of the Abbey follow by the rest of the member of the family. The moment when Katelyn steps out, the fans are screaming and cheering. Katelyn waves gracefully where she steps into the carriage which is similar to Disney's Cinderella. William follows her in.

This is the first time Katelyn breaks the tradition, usually after coronation the newly crown royals will travel in the carriage alone but my sister didn't see it that way. She wants to let her world know that this is her coronation. "Prince William, Princess Katelyn, Duchess Catherine," the guards open the carriage door for her. She steps in follow by William.

William's POV

After I stepped into the carriage with Kate. My sister is all smiles. "Are you happy?" Kate asks. "Yes, of course! It's quite a surprise for me," Katelyn says. The procession starts, Katelyn waves to the Royals fan. Mum's wishes are completed. "Katelyn, there is something we want to give you when we reach the Palace," I say. "What is it?" Katelyn asks eagerly. "You just have to wait and see," Kate says. I hope Katelyn won't freak out when mum wrote the letter before she left for Paris. Katelyn waves to the fans until we arrive at the main door of the Palace.

When we arrive, the guards open the door for us. Katelyn steps down the carriage while Kate helps her with her cape. "You'll be just fine," Kate says to Katelyn. The leaders from all over the world congratulate Katelyn as the newly crowned Princess. "Thank you, I have a lot to learn," Katelyn says humbly as she shakes hands with the leaders. Charlotte comes up to me saying:"Prince, it's time for the new crowned Princess to make her balcony appearance,"
