You woke up in your bed once again, but to the sound of a notification coming from your phone. It was Jess and she had been trying to reach you for the past 2 minutes.

As soon as you read that text you wanted to groan in frustration but you didn't. You thought she was crazy, thinking that you would do something like that- as if. You would never plan to do anything like that and you didn't even have anything cute in your closet anyway.
You sighed in defeat, realising that your potential dress-up could help her confidence with the boy. You forced yourself over to the closet in the corner of your room and picked out your best outfit that screamed cute, or so you thought. You honestly had no idea about fashion.
You glared at your reflection in the mirror and couldn't tell if you liked it or not so, of course, you relied on Jessica and sent her a picture. You asked if it looked okay and Jessica responded with the '😍' emoji.
You sighed once more, grabbing your bag and heading to school in your slightly uncomfortable outfit.

You stood there awkwardly, waiting for Jess to arrive. You couldn't help but feel the eyes of students looking at you, or maybe it was your anxiousness telling you that. You began to feel like this was all a big mistake and that you should just go home, you questioned why you even listened to Jess in the first place.
Suddenly, Alexis caught your eye in the hallway. You started to feel kind of nervous and wanted to just hide inside your locker and never come out. He looked you up and down before approaching you and you just gulped in frustration.
"Hey, uh... nice outfit," he smiled, looking at your outfit again.
"Thanks, you... too?" You smiled awkwardly, desperately wanting Jessica to arrive.
Alexis was wearing a black hoodie and jeans, along with his 'LAFD' beanie that Jessica says he always wears.
Finally, Jess showed herself and gosh she looked gorgeous. You started screeching random words at the girl and jumped with excitement. You couldn't feel the eyes that were planted onto your skin anymore now that your lord and saviour was here.
"You like it?" She asked with a grin on her face, giving a little twirl. She then turned her head to Alexis, suddenly acting awkward. You could notice it from a mile away, it was so obvious.
"Of course I do!" You squealed, ruffling her hair and trying to hype her up.
"Well, you guys seem uh... excited." He said in his usual soft voice. You nodded at the boy's words and wrapped your arm around Jess's shoulder as if you were showing her off. You had completely forgotten about the outfit that was just giving you discomfort 1 minute earlier.
"Sorry, I haven't introduced myself, I'm Jessica and this is Y/n." Jess said with a somewhat confident voice and you couldn't help but smile a little, feeling happy for Jessica.
"Yeah, we met yesterday... Hi y-y/n. Look I really gotta go, but I'm gonna be streaming tonight so go watch it." He winked before running off quickly without a word from both of you.
"Someone pinch me, I think I'm going to faint. Did you hear that? He's inviting us to watch his stream." She screeched with joy.
"Yeah, but it's not like you're gonna be in it though... we'll just be watching him play some stupid game." You responded in a moody tone with the whole 'look at us' act gone and left for class.
