It's been a week since I've been bought here to the castle I've been taught their traditions and ways of living, but until now I don't know what my cause here is, every time I ask Sunbul he says "be patient and you'll know".
I was sitting now beside Rosie sewing some new table covers so they can throw the old ones out and use these new ones, Sunbul agha walked over and stopped in front of us earning our attention.
"Lily come with me," he said, I put down the table cloth and got up following him out of the harem and up some stairs, I know that way it was the Valide sultan's room's way.
I walked in behind Sunbul and bowed when I was standing in front of her.
"Ah Lily the time has finally come for you to fulfil your debt for us saving you," she said making me snap my head up in her direction and look at her.
"Anything for you sultana," I said bowing my head in thanks again.
"You will be sent to the sultan and I want you to make him forget that snake Hurrem," she said making my heart beat faster.
"Hurrem as the mother of the sultan's son?" I asked my eyes widening, I heard stuff about her and almost none of them were good.
"Yes, and she currently pregnant again but the sultan doesn't want to see her face," she said, I gulped as I thought what would do to me when she hears about this if her own friend she burned her face what will she do to a stranger.
"Your wish is my command sultana," I said walking over to her and kneeling down to kiss her dress before going back to Sunbul; we bowed before leaving the room.
Sunbul took me straight to a secret room in the harem where I was helped to change and get ready for the night with the sultan, having already showered this morning with the rest of the girls. I was dressed in a white dress with a white headscarf to cover my face from Hurrem if she passed by and so she wouldn't know where I was going.
I felt my heartbeat get faster as I walked out of the room and through the harem alone as the moment before I meet the harem aghas and Sunbul Agha at the end of the harem.
I walked over to the golden road where I met with Sunbul and started walking over to the sultan's room feeling my head getting lighter with each step I took.
When we finally reached in front of the sultan's room I stopped for a second to take a deep breath before walking in.

The sultan was sitting on his desk leaning his head on his hand that rested on the hand rest of the chair.
"My sultan," I said bowing to him as he got and walked over stopping right in front of me. I kneeled down and took his robes between my fingers and placed a kiss to it, he placed his hand under my chin and put some pressure there, I stood up not looking in his eyes fearing the consequences.
"What's your name?" He asked kindly making me calm down a little and look up at him to see the most beautiful man I've ever seen instead of an old man.
"Lily you highness," I said smiling lightly at him.
"Where are you from Lily?" He asked again placing a hand on the side of my neck and pushed back the hair that sat there.
"I'm from Egypt your highness" I mumbled a little looking down blushing as his gaze lingered a little at my lips.
"You're a real beauty," he said pulling my head up by my chin before placing his lips lightly on my mine making me melt as I felt how soft his were and how gentle he was.
That night was like a dream came true as I spent it with the sultan, I felt like I was in a different world, even though I would've preferred to live a normal life but I can get used to this.
For some reason the sultan let me stay with him in his room for three nights straight, he was very nice and had a hilarious sense of humour.
I sighed happily as I walked out of the sultan's room with a huge smile on my lips, I was taken to the hmam and given a shower before I was taken to the favourite's room where I will be staying from now on.
I walked into the Valide Sultan's room and bowed to her and Hatice sultan who was sitting beside her.
"You really did more than what was expected of you, not only were able to go to the sultan's room but you also stayed there for three nights in a row, not even Hurrem was able to do that," she said making me blush a little and look down at my hands.
"Dura give her the presents we prepared for her," she said, Dura hatun walked over to me and pulled a box out of her belt before opening it to show a ring, she took it out and put it on my finger.

"Thank you, sultana," I said walking over to her and taking her outstretched hand and kissing the back of it as a thank you.
Just then the doors were slammed open and a fiery-haired woman walked in angrily stalking over to the middle of the room not bothering to bow.
"How dare you walk in here like this?" Valide sultan asked glaring at the young woman.
"Why did you send another woman to the sultan? Why are you always against me? What have I ever done to you?" She asked playing the victim but her games were obvious.
"You're never respectful you don't follow any of the rules and other than that you disrespect me, what do you expect?" Valide sultan asked standing up angrily.
"Is that her?" She asked pointing at me like I was some dirt under her shoes.
"What is your problem? How dare you question the Valide sultan or even raise your voice at her! Now your place lady and be careful what you say to her, she's the sultan's mother, not you maid and if she wants she could send you to hell" I said angrily having had enough of this brat in front of me.
"How dare you? I am the sultan's chief favourite and the mother of his son" she stalked over to me as she said her words.
"And shes the sultan's mother, who do you think is more important and with more power here?" I asked making her huff angrily before stalking out of the room.
"I apologize for stepping over my boundaries sultana" I apologized kneeling in front of the sultana's feet.
"Stand up" she ordered, I stood up with my head bowed.
"I chose the right woman for my son, you should be strong in this castle to survive but you have to know your limits and you have to know who you should make your enemy," she said patting my shoulder.
I bowed to her before leaving her room sighing in relief that I didn't get punished, as I walked out I was met with the sultan in front of me I bowed immediately, not being able to hold myself I looked up to see the sultan smiling down at my bowing form before walking in.
