Months.

Months have gone by since I last saw anyone other than Itachi and Karin. He perfectly evades the police and suspicion from anyone. Karin is still working with him and they haven't been caught yet.

Tracking device.

Itachi found a tracking device in my hair the night we changed our location. He calmly asked me if I knew about it, and of course, I didn't. I don't know about anything, anymore.

Love.

Itachi tells me that he loves me everyday, and ever since Sakura escaped, he never put his hands on me. He didn't rape me anymore, and he showed an interest in what I actually had to say. Occasionally, we'll have sex, but that's about it. If I wasn't feeling it, nope. If he wasn't feeling it, I'd just read a book. No more beatings. No more pain. Just love.

I hum as I listen to Itachi play the violin for me. Where are we? I've got no idea, but I'm happy. Very happy. Itachi soon stops and I look over to see him placing the violin down.

"There. Was that better, darling?"

I sit up and smile at Itachi as he sits beside me and kisses my temple. I hate to admit it, but I think I love this man. No, I do. Forget the world outside. I'm content with what I have. I'm alive with the most perfect man.

I hug Itachi and giggle as he traces the tattoos on my side. He kisses my forehead before pulling me close.

"Nothing can ever come between us, (y/n). You know that, right?"

"Nothing, or no one."

"Good girl," Itachi says seductively as he pulls my dress straps down my shoulders and kisses my neck. I hold onto Itachi tightly as we nestle into the sheets. Before I can pull Itachi's shirt off, he stops me.

"Wait a minute."

Itachi gets out of bed and walks out of the door before returning with two colored pills and a glass of alcohol. He gives me one and smiles as I take the glass from him and drink half of it, swallowing the pill as I do. Itachi does the same before placing the glass on the nightstand and getting into bed with me. Our clothes lay on the floor as we kiss one another hungrily.

Two things I've learned while being here. One: Itachi has always been a junkie. He just never shown it. Two: I've developed an addiction to ecstasy, alcohol, and sex.

Yeah. Life is perfect!
