Introductions

I felt so bad writing this. The scene broke me heart it was so sad! And now i'm writing it...

(y/n)'s POV:

As me and Shouko were walking to class, I kept writing in her book to point out the obvious things.

"This is where we eat lunch at Noon!"

"That's the bathroom we use! The others are for younger grades!"

"These are the lockers.

"And finally..."

"This is the classroom! Sense we're new, we can go inside and introduce ourselves!"

Shouko nodded in response.  I turned the door handle and walked in, unsure of what to say or do when the teacher called me up to introduce myself. And who knows what Shouko's thinking...

AH! You must be the new girls! Come,come in! Don't be nervous." I looked in and saw  multiple kids looking straight at me. I took a deep breath and walked in.

"Hello, my name is (y/n) and i'm one of the new kids. I like singing and swimming." i heard some comments on what I said like, "She's cute" or "I like swimming too!" I smiled, and walked towards an empty seat in the middle row.'Not a bad kid, not a teachers pet. Perfect.'

Then it was Shouko's turn; But all she did was stare at the class. The prof. had to tap her shoulder, signaling that it was time to introduce herself. i heard some of the kids snicker, others looking at Shouko with wonder.  As for me, I glared at the girl who was snickering at her. 'Who does she think she is? You don't know anything, do you b*tch?...'

Shouko pulled out her book, and flipped to a page I haven't seen. But that didn't matter. What DID matter was when the class gasped when they found out she couldn't hear. Some hid pity behind their eyes like Miki; Others held disgust. Such as said girl from earlier. But the most surprising thing of all was when Shoya yelled (mind you, right next to my ear) "OH CRAP!"

Scene change by yours truly...

I was just reading my book, minding my own business. I heard Miki talking to Shouko, being her over-all nice self. I smiled, just faintly, but it dropped as soon as Shoya said "Hey (n/n)! Why you smiling like an idiot?" I looked up and saw him with a smug look on his face.'Oh, two can play at that game, heh heh heh...' "Nothing Shoya! Just this part in the book! It's about a guy who got punched in the face for being a jerk. Wanna see?"

Just as I predicted, he ran over and snatched the book right out of my hands. 'Perfect...'  "Where's the part? I do-" I slammed the book right in his face, hitting him in the nose. 'Look who's smug now.' I thought as i looked down at the annoyed Shoya.

Shoya's POV:

'Who the hell does she think she is?! All I did was say she was smiling like an idiot! Gosh, she really cant take a joke, can she?' "(n/n), I was joking! Geez!" I pushed myself up, not caring that half the class was staring and the other half was "talking" to that freak. I mean, shouldn't she be in a school for people like her?! And look at Miki, that goody-two-shoes loser, actually being nice to the freak. What was her name again? Shouno? Whatever, it's not like I care.

I walked over to Naoka, and whispered to her. "Ask the freak if she knows how to speak Japanese." She looked at me, then at the freak. (My heart is hurting calling her a freak T-T) I walked away, back to Kazuki, Keisuke, and (n/n).  However the freak reacted, at least it wouldn't be blamed on me. I snuck up on (n/n) and yelled in her ear. "BOO!" 'Haha, that was easy! She jumped a mile high! God, she's a sca-' Next thing I know i get a punch to the face. Ouch. I heard Kazuki and Keisuke laughing in the background. I sent them a glare and they shut up pretty quick. (y/n) was just laughing. "Your an idiot, you know that?" I heard her say. "SHUT UP (Y/N)!"

All she did was shake her head and walk over to the freak. 'They can't be friends, can they? Nah, and even if (y/n) is, if she wants to stick with us, she can't be friends with HER.' 

Another time skippy. Sorry i'm a lazy weeb.

Shouko's POV:

'What is he saying?...' I looked around for help, but Miki and (y/n) we're too far away from where I sat. I felt someone tap my shoulder, and I turned around to meet the nice girl  who asked if i have a nickname! I couldn't hear what she was saying, but it looked like she wanted to help me with writing the notes. I passed her the journal to Naoka and watched her write. 'I might not be able to hear, but everyone is so nice here! I know its only my first day here...

...But i have a good feeling about this year!'

How was the second chappy? I'm trying to follow the movie as best as I can but i'll probably re-watch it so I can follow the story better. Bye for now you lovely weebs!
