I want to tell the world a story
About a wonderful city
That was bombed for no reason.
A story of a burnt doll
That wasn't played with.
A story of a girl
That didn't grow up.
A story of a beauty
That didn't shine.
A story about a dream
That was blinded.
A story about a classroom
That wasn't attended.
A story about a smile
That was silenced.
A story about a prayer
No longer called.
A story about a stone
That faces the tank.
A story about our brothers and sisters in Palestine.

On this blessed month, when you people raise your hands to make dua, don't forget to mention the people of Palestine and also pray for the ones who are being oppressed around the globe due to their faith.
