The situation in Yemen is worse than you can ever imagine. People are starving to death and many of the mothers feed their children Cooked leaves to keep them alive. Think about it, we aren't able to eat food if it's slightly salty , we make a face and criticize our parents. Many lost their loved ones to hunger. And millions are dying due to unsafe water and improper sanitization. Many don't have a roof above their head. Half the millions in Yemen rely on zakat to feed their empty stomach. Let's reach out to them with our duas. Let's reach out to our brothers and sisters in Yemen. You don't need heavy pockets to reach out to someone , all you need is a big heart. Indeed, our religion is so beautiful that if we don't have the strength to help someone, we can always make dua.
And not only that, next time our mothers cook something, let's not make a face if we didn't like it. Let's thank Allah for not having to eat leaves. Let's complain less about the things we don't have and focus on our blessings. In shaa Allah.
May Allah forgive us for being ungrateful . May he accept our good deeds. May he make us humble humans. May he make us from the givers.
