Pain tore through my stomach. I opened my eyes to a bright light shinging in my face. Am I in the hospital?

"Cora, babe, how are you feeling?" A figure hovered over my face.  He had the face of an angel.

"Yes?" I mumbled.  Then it dawned on me, that angelical figure is Connor.  Am drugged? I tried to focus on Connor's face but failed.

"Drowsy? The drugs must have taken a bigger effect on you than I thought they would." So I am drugged.

My head fell back into the pillow. "Cora, Murphy and I are going to pick up some breakfast, be back in a bit." He left the room.

Are these guys stupid? They have a cripple in bed, when the Italien mafia is after us, and they just go out for breakfast?! Ughhh, men.

Slowly I drifted back into sleep.

I hope Rocco will take care of Cora, I mean he's a good guy he just doesn't think. We hurry to the local grocery store and pick up bagels and orange juice. We were at the counter when something caught my eye.

"The Saints are on the move Again." I read the newspaper, a picture of three people covered in black with ski masks on covered the page.  Connor, Murphy, and Cora.  I quickly read the description, hoping that they haven't found out how we are yet.  Not finding anything on us I placed it back on and sighed in relief.

We walked swiftly to Rocco's with bagels and coffees in your hands.

"We are home!"

"Thank god! I'm starving!" Rocco exclaimed running over to us and grabbing the bagels.  I went back to my room where Cora was.  She still laid in bed, her hair spread out across the pillow.  She looked like a princess. Her eyes fluttered open.

"Connor?"

"Morning Sleepy head. They drugs have worn off have they?" I smirked and sat on the bed next to her.

She smiled, "I guess so, you looked weird earlier."

"Weird? What do you mean?"

"Your face was disoriented." She simply stated biting her lip trying to hold back her laughter.

"Oh yeah princess?" She opened her eyes wide but quickly covered it with a smirk.

"Oh yeah babe, so ugly, almost as ugly as Rocco." She said confidently trying to sit up and wincing while doing it.

I laughed," Almost as ugly as the dog? No way. You're going to pay for that."

I picked her up and gently threw her over my shoulder.

"Connor MacManus! Put me down right now!" She laughed and screamed, as I carried her out to the dining room.

I set her down on my lap ignoring the confused looks from Rocco and Murphy.

"What happened this morning, Con, Cora?" Murphy smirked. I smacked against the backside of the head, "More than you will ever do." I could feel Cora's skin start to burn from embarressment.

I'm going to skip the part where Rocco threatens the preist, because it's not exciting.  And you guys probably already know what happens, but if you don't comment, and I'll write for you guys.

Agent Smecker finds Rocco's missing finger at the house shoot out, and decides to do some investigation for himself, deciding to aid the boys. What Smecker doesn't realize is that Cora is working with the boys as well.   After getting drunk at a bar, Smecker subsequently gets advice from a reluctant priest (being held at gun point by Rocco, who in turn is being held by Connor for threatening the priest) Smecker decides to help the trio and Cora.

The boys inform Smecker that they are going to inflitrate the Italian mafia headquaters to finish off the family, but Smecker learns that they are walking into a trap.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A loud banging from came from the front door.  I walked out of the kitchen opening the door a crack.

"Who is it?" I said catiously.

"Agent Smecker, are the boys there? Who are you, one of em chicks?"

Yeah one of em chicks, thanks, "I'm with Connor..." I paused, it was weird to say it out loud and I don't even know if we are a thing or not, I mean I love Connor more than he'll ever know but he never said I love you back. I looked down at the ground, "I'm Cora, and the boys aren't here, they went out to the grocery store." Now that I think about we didn't actually need anything from the grocery store, maybe they went out to buy some cigarettes.

"Cora, I don't believe that they are out at the store, they lied to you and went out for a target." He said sympathetically.

"What? Target?" I stared dumbfounded at him, no way I trusted them, what do they think I'm weak? Cause I'm not, I'm not a burden, my wound has healed and I can hold my own.

"Where?" I whispered.

"They are going to finish off the Italian family, they walked straight into a trap, the headquarters."

No. They will die, three against god knows how many are in that place. Panic rose inside of me,"Come in Smecker, we are going to get them."

I ran through the apartment, a plan already being formed in my head. I explained it Smecker and he added some of his own ideas.

We grabbed some guns and sped to the Italian headquaters to kick some ass.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I felt horrible, we just left Cora home alone thinking that we are out to the store.  When actually we are going to the Italian Headquarters.

We pulled up to the back of the house, and I immediately thought of the night we met Cora, and how she pulled off her mask, looking hot as ever.  Her olive green eyes shown with mischief as she took in our shocked faces. Her light brown hair sculpted her face and fell gently on her shoulders.

"Lets go, it will be easy as cake." Rocco grinned shining the flashlight on his face.

Goodbye Cora, I love you.
