Elsa screamed as the shard of glass cut through her hand, but she kept pulling. Once the shard of glass was removed, she sighed in relief and quickly slipped off her shoe. Staring at her throbbing and bleeding foot miserably, she grumbled curses and pushed herself off of the floor. "Alright, time to find out who did this to the shop..." She decided. She lowered her foot on the ground gently, biting back the sob that desperately tried to escape past her lips. "C-C-Conceal, d-d-don't f-f-feel..." She gasped. She limped toward the back of the store, using the wall as a form of support. She needed to see if the intruder was lurking around back there or if there were any victims. Elsa nudged the back door open with her foot slowly, taking a brief look around before taking a step outside. Trash was scattered all over the pavement and stray cats were quickly darting back and forth, picking up remnants of a previous night's dinner. "Geez, whoever this person was, they didn't hesitate to leave a mess." she grumbled angrily. She took another look around and turned to leave when a pair of sky blue eyes met hers. "Hello?" she asked. Peering into the darkness, Elsa looked around for the body that the eyes belonged to. "It's okay." she whispered. "I won't hurt you." She extended her hand slowly, reaching out for the figure. "You can trust me. I won't hurt you." she said, this time a little louder. Upon those words, the figure in the darkness darted forward with a sob and collapsed into Elsa's arms. "Woah! Hey!" Elsa gasped. It was a girl. The figure in the darkness was a girl. And she was the most beautiful girl that Elsa had ever laid eyes on. "Uh... I-I... Y-You are o-o-okay?" she stuttered. Why was she having such a hard time talking this girl!? The girl only shook her head quickly and continued crying into Elsa's sweater. Her helpless look angered Elsa, more than ever, which confused her because she had only just met the girl. "Uh, wh-what's your name?" Elsa asked, desperate to break the silence between the two. The girl looked up slowly, her eyes boring into Elsa's as they met, her lips quivering in fear and her face... Elsa shrieked as she realized that the girl's face was covered in blood. "I-I'm An-!" Elsa quickly cut her off by scooping her up, bridal style, into her arms and walking out of the alley. "Listen, I'm gonna get you somewhere safe and then... Then we can talk." Elsa hissed.
