Dear mother and father in another world!
Thing's could be better right now...
"UWAAAAAAH COME ON, LET US OUT, SOMEBODY NOTICE!!" I found myself smacking across the wall that had now trapped both me and Dante in this dark passageway in a panic. Though it didn't seem no matter how much I yelled and clobbered the wall, despite me doing this for a good few minutes, nobody came.
"Will you be quiet?! Geez you are far too noisy for your own good!" Dante proceeded to yell angrily as he watched me.
"I'm sorry, but how else do you expect us to get out this situation?!" I snapped back as I pointed to the very obvious issue now presented to us.
"Screaming and smacking the wall definitely isn't helping right now... besides, there's a thick book case on the other side of the wall, I doubt anybody would be able to hear you in the middle of the day..." Dante pointed out to me, walking over to the wall as I stared at him palely. I realised what he was saying wasn't too far fetched.
"No way..." I muttered as I then noticed that he seemed to be rubbing his broken arm quite a bit- ah that was right, we fell earlier. "S-Say, is your arm okay?" I questioned, going to check up on him as Dante simply nudged me away, looking at me sharply.
"I'm fine..." he simply replied as I furrowed my brow a little this. Was it so bad for me to be concerned...Dante then looked over to the wall, before he then sighed, the flame in his hand growing even more.
"Well, I guess I'll have to blow up this wall then..." he stated casually as I gave a shocked reaction to how nonchalantly he could just bring up such an idea. Honestly given that we were stuck in here, I couldn't really think of any reason to stop him......until I did... behind this wall was the one book with proof that Japanese existed in this world, if he blew it up, I'd have no proof again!!
I found myself grabbing hold of Dante's none broken arm as he looked back at me with a confused expression of annoyance.
"Please stop!"
"Huh?!"
Well that had certainly gotten him to stop, though he didn't seem to be taking to me dragging him kindly. Okay Annie, you needed to stop him from blowing up that book case, so think!
"Y-you can't blow up that wall..." I stammered as Dante was quick to argue back.
"Why not?!"
Urgh- well...
"If you try to make an explosion again, you could make your arm worse!!" I then pointed out to him as Dante instantly turned back to the wall.
"I don't care about that..." he muttered- ack, why was he so reckless against his own body?! Come on Annie think more!!
"I-If you blow up the wall, you could do damage to the pipes!!" I then told Dante who raised an eyebrow to me.
"And..?" He simply responded.
"The toilets on the right wing are already broken right?? If you break these you could put out the whole building!!" I went on, Dante actually seeming to stop and consider this. "If we both get caught in here, we could both get into trouble, even if it was an accident, there were specific rules for us not to be in here..." I continued as Dante's eyes narrowed.
"You mean you'll be in trouble..." he corrected me as I gave a irked expression to this. That was probably correct but even so...
"That's aside the point, look there has to be another way out here! This can't be the only entrance or exit to this place, even Lady Irian told us there was exits, they're just odd ones!!" I informed him with a firm expression on my face. "Besides..." I looked over to his arm. "I really do think you should take more care of your arm Dante... you may think it won't be bad to lose it, but it's not something you should take for granted..." I told him seriously, my mind recalling back to the time I spent unable to move my own arms in my past life. There was a moments silence... before then Dante narrowed his eyes at me.
"You seem to be addressing me quite informally, maybe you are right, blowing this wall up with my mana would be waste, I should just blow you up via that bracelet..." He told me with a straight face as I twitched to this. Ah that was right, I guess the shock of all of this had made me forget my position for a second there.
"Ah sorry your highness..." I covered my mouth as Dante simply turned away from the wall, the flame in his hand dimming down.
"Don't worry about it, I honestly don't care..." Dante told me as I gave him a curious expression, watching him walk down the hall... did that mean I was okay to drop the formalities or not...? Even Hugo addressed him as 'your majesty'. He looked back at me with a raised eyebrow. "Hey, you said we should look for another way out right, why are you just standing there?" He questioned as I realised he was leaving without me, I quickly caught up with him.
"Say, you were kidding about the whole, using the bracelet to make me blow a hole in the wall right?" i brought up as Dante remained quiet in response to this... hey, please tell that you were kidding...
