Ikuto's POV
Amu has to be alive.
She promised to never leave me. I should've thought to tease her, I haven't for all these years...
Since that 'Daredevil Amulet' and the clock outbreak (here's the thing, I don't know what to write so I just made a BAD random thought, it doesn't make sense. And yes, it's well fixed now.) had happened. Tadase and Amu had both tried to escape. Amu should've been faster, she was when she was in elementary school. She must've been stressed a lot over these years.
Aku cried for the past few days about Amu. I don't blame her, really.
"Aku?" I opened the door and her bedroom was quite a mess, full of tissues! Ew. "You need to clean up your room after this." I left her room and went to mine. I went in, closed the door, sat on the bed, and tried to hold my breath for the tear welling up in my eyes. This isn't me... stop it Ikuto...
Suddenly, Aku gasped so loudly even I can hear her 1 room away. I went back to her room and the window was open. Aku was sitting in the floor panting. I clearly have no idea what is with her expression, but why leave the window open when you gasped? Gasping means you are either scared or you need to breathe, gurl!
"Mom..." she gasped. "I thought I saw her... and hear her TALKING to me!"
"No such thing. She's not a ghost, they don't really exists, and Amu is in a coma in the hospital, she can't leave with such guards watching the room and entrance and exits!"
"No, she was here..." Aku begged. "She was almost like transparent and told me to..."
"To what?" I was curious, but not entirely. Ghosts don't exists, why is she talking about it?
" to... to go to the hospital with you..."
"Why?"
"She didn't tell me why!" Aku burst into tears. "She said this: 'if you don't come here within an hour, danger will be coming your way. Remember the promise I told you both about me watching and trying to protect you, even when I am not around.' It's scary, dad! I mean, I thought she was kidding and I was just seeing things!"
"We'll see by finding out. Let's go."

We arrived at the hospital and went to Amu's room after checking in. The guards were breathing heavily as if something scared their pants off, but I ignored them and went in with Aku with me. She gasped at the sight of Amu.
She woke up... but she was in a coma! How is this possible?!
"I survived..." she whispered. "That bullet wasn't too painful... just something had cover the hit but still got me unconscious..."
"What, mother?" Aku asked. Amu turned to look at her daughter, while I just hid behind the curtains listening.
"A body dome. It's like when you aren't ready to die so early, so it appeared to protect you when you aren't ready. The dome protected the attack. But the edges of it rumbled into my body and it knocked me out. The bullet was slowed down but was more powerful when more slower."
"I don't understand what the body dome's job would have to do with you in a coma-"
"I faked it."
I stopped listening and become normal. But why would she fake it?
"Because I don't want anyone to worry about me. You know how hard it is when you see someone with a painful look wanting to see me as soon as possible. I don't like it, so I told the doctors to fake it."
"So you faked it just for us not to worry?" I said and appeared from the curtains. Amu widen her eyes and just looked away, guilty. I believe she just made me worried for no real of a reason...
"I believe you hate me now. Just when I used to..."
That brought my attention. "When did you used hate me?"
"Since I realized you left me and the others without telling us except Utau."
Aku stood up and went out of the room to leave us alone. I sighed. I held her hand tightly and said "I won't. I promised myself not to."
"Good... but if you have the sudden urge to, just do it, I won't care about this, I gotten used to this ever since my life had been a wreck."
"It was a life-wreck to you...?" I snickered, and Amu started to pout for no reason.
"Don't think it's funny when it's not, it's a serious case. My life had been in danger, been used to tear down Tokyo, and now I'm in a hospital with a "coma". It's serious, not a funny problem like it's a fun circus or whatever, it's not what you might get used to after a while. You dealt with it because you have it less. For me? Not a common thing, it's rather rare than epic."
I sighed. She has a point.
Okay. Time for some business to deal with. "Bye," I said, waving goodbye to Amu. She wasn't expecting it and was about to say something but I was already gone.
"Don't do anything stupid than what I did when you were in a coma!" she cried out. I slapped my forehead and rolled my eyes.
"Yea... sure..." I mumbled. 'Than what I did when you were in a coma!' The words rang into my mind. What does mean by that, what did she
