My first day of college was in about a week. My mom forced me to go to collage. If I don't then she'll kick me out of the house. I hated high school, it seemed the world was against me. I just wanted to be home doodling with my sketch pad. I sighed as I packed my luggage into the car. My mom is going to be dropping me off at the dorms today. We have to be there a week before school starts. Something about 'bonding with your roommate'. I just hope she isn't one of those preppy girls.
As my mom drove closer to the school I noticed everything looked bigger than normal. We weren't even driving on the street anymore it was a massive side walk.
"Uhh mom," I stuttered, "why is everything so big."
"Oh don't worry sweety," my mother smiled, "the university you applied to is for giants."
   "GIANTS!!," I screamed. "M-mom you k-know I h-have a a-fear of g-giants."
"Oh I know sweety," mom exclaimed, "this is exactly why I choose this school."
I layed back against my seat and looked out the window as giant feet passed by. Shivers went down my spine as I thought about being stepped on.
Mom drove to the front of the school and stopped in front of the stairs. "Let's go sweety," mom smiled.
I pressed my back against the seat and stared breathing hard. I looked at the giant stairs. A step was the same height as me.
Mom got out of the car and looked up the massive steps. "Let's go," she motioned.
    "N-no!" I screamed.
"Do you need help?" I hear a booming voice ask.
   "Yes please," my mother answered.
"Get back in the car and I'll carry you to the front office."
Mom walked back in the car. Then suddenly I felt the car lifted up, and brought 5 stories high. I gasped at the view and started hyperventilating. Mom placed her hand on top of mine. "Its going to be ok," she smiled.
I am so mad at my mom, her words met nothing to me. The giant sat the car on the desk and left. Mom walked out of the car confidently and motioned me to follow her.
"Mrs. Brey," a voice boomed. "Where is your daughter?"
"She is still in the car," Mom responded, "she won't come out."
"I can help with that." I saw a large hand reach for the car and lifted me up in the air. I panicked as I was brought to eye level. I met the giant woman's brown eyes. "Are you going to come out dear. Or am I going to force you out."
I shivered as I unbuckled my seat belt. The giantess smiled as she lowered the car. I slowly opened the car door and walked next to my mother.
"That wasn't so hard," my mother sneered.
The giantess smiled. "Now, Hazel," the giantess spoke, "your going to be the first human to attend this school. We have always been open to them but no one really signs up. I am your principal. Nice to meet you" The giantess moved a finger towards me. I squealed and ran behind my mother.
"Don't be rude," my mother growled.
I slowly moved towards the finger. I wrapped my hand around it and shook hands.
The principal moved her hand back and opened a drawer. She pulled out a massive room key which is a third of my size. The principal sat the key down on the table. "This is your key to your dorm," she clarified, " I know it quite big for you to use but put it in your backpack in case if you need it.
I nodded. Mom started to remove my luggage from the car. I only packed 2 suit cases.
   "Clara," the principle called.
A blond giantess walked in the room. "Yes?"
"Can you take mrs. Brey to the front please," the principle asked.
Clara nodded as mom got in the car. "I love you sweety," she smiled.
Clara lifted the car and carried her away. I turn to face the principal with my shaky legs.
"Shall I carry you to your dorm?" she asked setting her hand on the table.
I gulped as I slowly made my way to her hand. She sighed and plucked me off the table I yelp as she places me onto her palm. "Your going to have to get use to this," she stated as she grabbed my luggage.
    "Its still scary," I muttered.
The principal carrys me to my room and opens the door. A giant girl is laying down on the couch. She glances over at us and jumps up. "Mrs. Terry," she addresses the principle. "What are you doing here?"
The principal brings me closer to the girl. "This is your roommate," she signified.
The giantess crouched down till we were eye to eye. I shivered as I shifted back in the principles hand.
"But she is a human," the giantess pointed out.
"She is still your roommate," the principle said in a strict tone. Mrs. Terry set me down on the table along with my bags. "I expect you to treat her as your equal."
    "Yes ma'am," the giantess mumbled.
Mrs. Terry looked at her suspiciously and walked away.
