Ever since our new house, Jennie started ignoring me, she just kept silent when I called her, not sure why and what caused her to be like that, I just let her process her feelings first and will ask it again later. Now we are heading to the office, as soon as we arrived in front of the building we go our separate ways, still together but there is a gap between us. Since our marriage is a secret and not known by the media or the public, just to protect the reputation of Jennie and I, we decided to keep this a secret first.

As soon as we got in front of the elevator we stopped and I pressed the button to go to the 23rd floor, where my office is located. I was thankful that when it opened there was no one inside or behind us, so I entered the elevator with my most beautiful wife together. After the elevator door closed, I pulled Jennie's body towards me and kissed her lips, but Jennie refused, she still looks angry and in moody.

“Honey... are you ok? Are you angry with me? Tell me why”

“Nothing”

“Don't be like this. If you don't tell me how can I know what the problem is. I don't want to continue fighting with you, so meet me in my room so we can talk about this”

Beep!

The elevator door opened on the 23rd floor, I went straightly out without turn to seeing her. But when I was about to approach my room, she was already gone. I thought she would following me and talk to me about the things that made her ignore me since earlier. It's okay, maybe she'll come at lunchtime, or when she has free time later.

The clock showed 2:30 in the afternoon, it was already past lunch time, but I still haven't seen the small woman inside nor outside my office. I called the manager, and after heard Ms. Park explanation said that she had left the office 3 hours ago alone without anyone with her. The mind wanders, where does she go while she still working alone without a manager or other production members. Also without my knowledge, where did she go...

I tried to call Jennie several times, but she put it on silent mode and could only make voicemail. I hitted the table so hard because my anger suddenly blow out, we were in problem, she kept quiet with me all day, and now I got informed that she went out alone without telling her manager where she was going to.

The clock showed seven o'clock, when the employees went home and so did I. When I got to the parking lot I saw Jennie waiting for me by the car. She looked around and about to kiss my cheek, but I avoid and ignored her and continued to get inside the car without a word for the rest of the way back home.

ARRIVED AT THEIR HOME
After reaching I went straight to my bedroom and changed my clothes to shower and finished after almost ten minutes. While in the dressing room, I heard Jennie calling me.

“Hon, are you mad with me?”, asked the brunette with low tone.

“Where did you go three hours before lunch and not come back into the office and not come see me like I said in the elevator?”, I spoke out with my cold tone without looked at her.

“H-hon... About that...”

“Where did you go, Jennie Kim?”

“I just went to a nearby park to get some fresh air, I have a headache”

“Really, Kim?”

“Why do you call me like that?”

“I have a surprise for you”, I opened my phone and threw it in front of her. There are some pictures of my wife holding hands with another man in the park and they are together alone.

“You loves it, Kim?”

She looked very surprised and looked quickly at me.

“W-what is this...”

“Is that you?”

“N-NO! ITS NOT ME!”

“Wisely, you seem to be a liar even though I already have a proofs”

“No Lisa, he's just my friend...”

“What?”, I chuckled softly while shake my head.

“Lisa...”

I tried my best not to act out of control, maybe I would hurt her with my angerness. But she lied to me, I know who the man really is, he's Jennie's boyfriend since we weren't married yet, I didn't know that she was still contact with that guy behind my back. She betrayed me!

I closed my eyes as I gripped my palms tightly, holding back my own anger until the tears flowed on my cheeks.

“Are you cheating on me?”

“N-no!”

“Enough. You broke our agreement, and hurt my feelings...”

“No! Lisa listen to my explanation first, please...”

“All those pictures clearly state that you went to meet that man, Jennie...”

“Yes it's true he was my boyfriend before we got married before, but I'm planning to end our relationship and start loving you like you do to me”

I laughed lightly, shaking my head. Apparently, everything that happened between us was just a farce, how stupid I was to forget that this wife on paper still loved her old lover even though she was with me. I also forgot that, marrying me is just the willing of her family and not by herself. It's all my fault, I'm the one who agreed to this relationship and made Jennie's life difficult to be with that guy.

Everything is my faults.

“I'm sorry, Jennie... Forgive me”, I looked at her wistfully.

“You are not wrong! This is all my fault--"

“Nope. It's my fault for interrupting your relationship with that man. I should have realized myself that I was only entrusted by your father to protect and improve yourself for being the better person, instead of... falling in love with you”

“You deserve to love me, Lisa...”

“I own your body, not your love. Our relationship won't last long otherwise it's just a one-sided love. I'm sorry if my behavior has made you feels uncomfortable. I only fulfilled my responsibility as a husband on the paper by giving you the satisfaction of the night. And I'm glad that you enjoyed it so much”, I smiled sweetly then gently stroked her head.

“But I've started to learn to love you with my heart...”

“You don't have to force your heart to love someone who is difficult for you to accept. It's best if you just assumed me as nobody else, my duty is just to take care of you with all costs now”
