Chapter 4 - Tessa

I finally got home and I'm cooking spaghetti bolognese, it's an easy food to cook and Auden and Emery love it so I had to do it.
Hardin still didn't messaged me and it's already 7:40pm and I'm really worried.
The bell rang and Auden came to hug me and I gave him a lot of kisses and  Hardin didn't said anything to me and went straight to our room and Emery did the same.
The bell rang again and Auden went to answer it and it was Trish.
Auden instantly jumped in her lap and she hugged him tightly.

"Wow Auden you're getting so big! And each day you look more like your dad, you are really like him."

"I'm really happy that I'm like daddy, he is strong just like I will be one day" - he said laughing

"Where is Hardin?"

"I - "

Auden interrupts me and says;

"Dad is mad and sad with Emery"

"What happened?" - Trish and I both said

"He saw Emery kissing a boy"

"What??" I say

"And daddy got really mad because of that but I didn't understand anything because they were both screaming at each other. Mom can I go upstairs get my toy?"

"Of course you can Auden"

I'm really without words, first of all Emery and Hardin screamed at each other, second of all Emery kissed a boy, how come she didn't tell me she was into some boy?

"I think you should go talk to Hardin, he will only hear you."

"I will but first I'll go talk with Emery, I have to know everything that happened"

"I guess I'm going to play with Auden then." Trish said and I smiled a her.

I go up the stairs and go straight to Emery's room and by my surprise isn't locked, she knows that we hate locked doors in here.
I open the door and she's laying in her bed, I can see that she's sad and upset.
I sit in the bed next to her and I ask

"What happened today sweetie?"

"I'm tired of this, dad can't control me I'm 12 years I can take care of myself."

"That's not what I asked you Emery, I want to know what happened."

"Dad saw me with a boy...well kissing one boy."

"What?"

"You see that's why I didn't told you anything about my boyfriend."

"Your boyfriend? Wow that's really news for me"

"Well you don't have to worry anymore, Noah left me he texted me saying that he doesn't want to be with someone who has an agressive father"

"That boy left you because he didn't liked you enough Emery, me and your father had to overcome a lot of things to be together, we didn't gave up  because we loved each other too much. And your father isn't agressive, don't ever say that again."

"I didn't said he's agressive, Noah did."

"And don't you have anything more to tell me? I can see in your face that you haven't told me everything that happened."

"I said some horrible things to him that I regret now."

"What things Em? Can you be more specific?"

"I guess you'll have to ask dad, I don't want to repeat what I said. It's not true what I said and I hope he knows that, I was just angry." she said with a sad voice

"Well Emery I'm mad with you too, but now just go call your grandma and Auden and go to dinner, I'm going to talk with your father."

I see Emery, Trish and Auden Coming down the stairs and I go straight to our room and when I open the door I see Hardin sitting on the bed with his hands on the face.
