Elliot's POV (the girl)

"Do you Ed Sheeran, take Elliot O'Conner to be your lawfully wedded wife."

"I do"

The priest said, "You may now kiss the—

"Beeeeeeeeeeeep," the sound of my alarm clock woke me up.

"Oh come on, that's the second time!" I said as I grudgingly got out of bed and stomped my way into my bathroom.

I took off my warm PJs leaving me with a cold feeling and climbed into the shower.

I quickly scrubbed my body and washed my hair with strawberry shampoo then got out and walked to my dressing table, (which would be leaving today to go to the new house), where my outfit for the day sat.

I had pre-chosen my clothes for this morning because today I was going to say goodbye to my friends for the final time and I didn't want to be late, however that ship sailed when I over slept and missed my first, second and third alarm.

I didn't even have my shoes on properly when I rushed downstairs and into the kitchen to grab an apple then beelined it straight for the front door.

I grabbed my board again and skated to school, telling myself that I will tell mum my whereabouts later.

I saw the school gate up ahead so I decided to pick up my pace because I was already extremely late.

When I got to the courtyard I saw all the seniors in little cliques talking amongst themself's.

I scanned the place to look for my friends and spotted them at the very end of the yard.

I hurried to them greeting other students as I passed until I tripped and was so close to having a face to face discussion with the floor literally, when two large hands held my waist keeping me up.

I looked up to see the person who saved me and saw Ben.

He smiled down at me making my lips curve into a small too, but when he lifted me back up he didn't remove his hands from my waist.

We just stood there staring at each other's eyes, before someone cleared there throat.

I blinked and looked to see all of my friends looking at us with smirks on their faces, making me blushed and stepped back from Ben.

Awhile passed before Peyton broke the growing silence.

"Ellie what took you so long we only have five minutes to say good bye?"

"Sorry I over slept and missed my alarms"

"Let me guess, you had another Ed Sheeran dream?"

I blushed harder.

"I did not, shut up"

"Sure sweet cheeks, whatever you say"

After we talked for awhile I slowly bid goodbye to everyone, Peyton and Ben being the last ones.

As I walked over to Pey my eyes started to water. She had been my Best friend since kindergarten, I couldn't just leave her.

She pulled me into a hug and we stayed like that for awhile.

"Please don't leave me," I whispered.

"I'll come to visit every chance I can, and plus we can always facetime it will be like I am right there."

"But you won't be"

"Oh come one Ellie lighten up, no matter where we are we will always be best friends"
