Unknown POV

"Ring! Ring! Ring!"

"Finally!" Kyle yelled.

"Dude calm down, you act like you've never eaten before," Zeek said with an eye roll.

"Leave me alone, okay. I'm just hungry," Kyle said with a pout.

"Yeah right, says the person who ate my pancakes," I said with narrowed eyes.

"Dude, you seriously need to get over that and besides I already said I was sorry," Kyle said with an eye roll.

"Sorry won't bring them back"

"Okay, okay. How about this; I buy you lunch, if you quit holding this against me. Deal?"

I'm still going to hold it against him, but he doesn't need to know that and besides who would say no to free food.

"Deal"

"Good and now that the married couple have finally sorted out their shit, can we please go eat. I'm starving," Conner said making all of us roll our eyes.

"Whatever," both Kyle and I responded, sharing a heated glare.

After math the rest of the day was uneventful, we all had the same classes up until lunch, which we were headed to now.

What I found strange though was that throughout most of our classes, our teachers kept telling us that we had a new student, who was supposed to be here, but hasn't arrived too any of her classes yet. So if we see her we should help her find her next class because she could have easily gotten lost. But the thing is, it's been four classes and she still hasn't shown up.

"Hey guys, do you really think the new girl actually got lost four times?" Daniel said, voicing my thoughts.

"It could have been a coincidence," Conner said with a shrug.

How can someone getting lost four times, be a coincidence?

"Yeah your right, getting lost four times while using a map is really a coincidence," I said sarcastically.

"Dude chill, she'll probably be in the cafeteria and if she's not then she probably ditched," Kyle said.

"Yeah"

It would make sense if she ditched, her hair is purple after all

"Anyway speaking of the new girl, have any of you met her. Is she hot?" Zeek asked making everybody laugh, including me.

"Dude, do you ever think of anything besides getting in their pants?"

"Nope," he said with a proud smirk.

"It was a rhetorical question, you dumbass," I said with a chuckle.

"Either way, I do like getting laid and I know you do too so don't even deny," he said.

"Whatever, weirdo." Daniel said mimicking Zeek's voice, effectively turning his smirk into a frown.

When we neared the cafeteria doors it was quieter than normal, but when we opened them the whole room fell into a sickening silence.
