I walk in to see a man. He looked about 17 or 18 and he had black hair and green eyes. He was wearing a black tee shirt and black skinny jeans and converse. He looked up and our eyes met. "Mate," we both said. It felt as if it was only the two of us in the whole world. He was in front of me in less than a second, not breaking eye contact. "You're the princess,"he said. I nodded. "Ria," he whispered. "You know my name, so what's yours," I asked quietly. "My name is Calix, Love," he said in my ear. His name sure mached him. Calix originated in Greece, meaning 'very handsom'. I took a few classes in greek mythology and they said we had to learn some of the launguage. I can speek it kind of fluently, too. "The name suits you," I said. He chuckled and pulled back, but only a little. 'Dad,' I said through the mind link. I explained him that Calix and I were mates and all that stuff and he actually aprooved. "Get dressed, I'm taking you out tonight," he said. Then he was gone. I grunted, knowing I'd have to get used to that. I mean I am part vampire, but only part. As soon as he left, I realized I had none of my bags. "Really," I said outloud. Then there was a small knock on the door. I opened it to see a little girl, no older than three standing thre. "Bubba says give you this and to stay with you," she giggled handing me a bag. She then walked in and made herself at home on the bed grabbing a tablet off the bed-side table. I opened the bag and there was a note. 'Here is one of your bags, it seemed to be the fullest so I grabbed it. The little girl who brought this bag is my sister. She is three and probably didn't introduce herself. Her name is Agalia, another greek name that you probably didn't know. It means 'bright joy', again something you probably didn't know. ~with love, Calix' I quickly picked out an outfit for my date.
