I act like I don't care
When you said you didn't love me I felt like the world shattered
It shaked
It broke
It fell harder than I did for you
You never realized the toll it took
Because you tell me about every person you hook
I told you to live your life happy
I never thought happy would be without me
I've treated you right
I've made it okay
I've gone through everything with you
I will always stay
Stay like a dog loyal to its owner
Stay like a tree with it's roots in the ground
Because you are what I want
