The son of death. The avenger. The dark swordsman. All of these are names given to the crown reaper from different parts of the nation for a good reason. Legend has it that the reaper used to raid villages to steal the souls of men and women for his undead army that would rise to destroy the monarchy of king Erlin. The reaper was a masked man with black armour as depicted by the town guards who had survived his raids. He was always accompanied by a band of twenty men who wore cloaks the colour of the shadow.
The reaper is said to have complete command of the elements. He could command the wind and earth with a whisper. He could conjure a furnace with the snap of his fingers. It is said that he had mastery over death too, for when he fought one could see the souls of the slain circle around him.

What was strange about this group was their motives for the killing and raiding. They would take nothing from the villages. All they would say before they left was 'nuntiosque mitterent gentem. Tor messorem et venit ad eos' -Send a message to the nation. the reaper is comming.
The reaper was a dangerously gifted man, a real threat to the nation. It shocked everyone when the reaper and his men suddenly dissapeared. People say that he had gone looking for the weapon to kill all, a weapon of mass destruction. When he found it, he would come back to finish what was started.
It is said that he is searching for the scythe of death.
