How many years has it been since she's last heard of him? Five years? A decade? A century? Maybe multiple millenniums?

(Y/n) had no clue nor did she bother counting after she finally moved on from her first and only breakup. She does know that after the Celestial war ended, Lucifer along with his siblings made it to the Devildom alive. But to her dismay Micheal reported to her that Lilith was deeply wounded and was sure she was destined to die. (Y/n) mourned the loss of her friend and lover wanting nothing but to only drown in her sorrows. She was grateful that Lucifer and the rest made it out alive of course, however after finally knowing what it felt like to be away from Lucifers touch she fell into a deep depression. She fell behind on her duties and responsibilities as an archangel, resulting in her getting punished for 'disobeying' her holy fathers command. There were times in which Micheal would cover for her, however that didn't last long since father eventually found out which resulted in Micheal getting a lengthy scolding. There were days (y/n) stayed at home for days refusing to eat or socialize with other angels. Micheal however, was always there to feed her himself and make sure he kept her company when she needed him the most. When she hit her lowest point, father decided to strip her of her position as an archangel and promised to give it back once 'she pulled herself together' again.

Although it took her a couple of years to finally be herself again. She was able to regain her position as an archangel once more. Which was celebrated amongst her other fellow archangels. Micheal made it his mission to never let (y/n) feel lonely again. After all, Lucifer and him had a chat that same morning before the rebellion began. To which resulted in Micheal promising Lucifer he'll look after (Y/n) in the absence of his presence. Not that he had to be told to do so, Micheal had always loved (y/n) and heavens know he'll do anything to make her happy. Even while her and Lucifer were dating, Micheal supported their relationship and pushed his owns feelings aside to let the woman he loved most live her best life. Lucifer and Micheal trusted each other with their own life, for the bond they created over the years grew with respect, and admiration for one another. Sure Micheal took his job serious and was known as fathers lap dog, however when he wasn't on duty one could tell this man was truthful and kind at heart without anyone having to order him around to act that way. Which is why Lucifer requested for him to watch over his beloved while he spent eternity in the dark.
(Y/n) obviously was oblivious to this conversation between the both of them, always thinking Micheal was doing the things he did towards her out of kindness which he did. After all Micheal knew about her relationship with Lucifer, which was the only thing he kept hidden from father.

As the years progressed Micheal and (y/n) grew more and more closer together. Eventually the both of them developed feelings for one another and became a couple under fathers blessings. Soon the empty void in her heart became full again thanks to Micheal, and as for (y/n)'s and Lucifer's short lived romance story was long forgotten.

Now that (y/n) has finally healed, she has been dedicating herself to her duties and is focusing on climbing the ranks. She currently resides at top three holiest archangel, her goal is top two for now until she finds a way to knock Micheal off his number one spot.

As nighttime fell upon the kingdom. The city became empty as every angel succumbed to their respective home. Archangels were required to patrol the area once before they were allowed to go home. (Y/n) had to admit this part always annoyed her but it wasn't always all that bad. As she was walking around the city, she decided to rest at a nearby water fountain. She sat down on the concrete surface before setting her gaze to the stars above her. Nearby streetlights lit up her face along with the soft moonlight. Her thoughts ran free as she identified every constellation she had memorized so far. She became so lost in thought that she failed to notice someone approaching her. "The stars sure do look beautiful tonight don't they?" Snapping her gaze from the sky to the man standing in front of her she couldn't help but blush in embarrassment. "Ahh Simeon forgive me I didn't hear your footsteps at all I must've been so lost in my thoughts." The raven haired angel smiles at her as he takes a sit next to her. (Y/n) doesn't mind his presence at all, for the both of them have grown quite close together as companions. "What are you doing out here by yourself?" Simeon asks keeping his gaze on the stars above. "You know... I don't know myself. It's been a while since I've taken time out of my day to admire how beautiful the stars are. I guess today just decided to be one of those days." (Y/n) replies, gaze set on the stars above her as well. Silence falls upon the pair as the both of them are drawn in to the night sky, nothing to be heard except for the soft splish
splash the water fountain emits. No words are exchanged whilst their thoughts become one with the night.
