The events that happened at Jurassic Park were never forgotten by the people involved in them. Some had terrible memories, some had great and Hazel Murphy had both. She was terrified of sleeping at night thinking raptors would magically appear out of nowhere and open her bedroom door. But once she heard about Jurassic World she knew she had to go there. And she did, she became the t-rex trainer, and of course, she would go for the t-rex since she was the same one who saved Alan, Ellie, Lex, Tim, and Hazel from the raptors.
Just as Hazel was going to go on her day she got a phone call from none other than Alan Grant. "Hey, Alan." Hazel smiled fastening her boot laces tying them into a bow. "Hi, Hazel. How's the park?" Alan breathed heavily when talking about the park. All the memories came back to him and Hazel. "It's going good Rexy is probably hungry so I should start going." Hazel tried to avoid talking about it, she didn't like reliving the entire event.
"Hazel you can't avoid talking about it forever you should talk to someone about it." Alan reasoned with Hazel as she opened her car door and put Alan on Bluetooth.
"I'm fine, Alan. Really if anything I'm the one that is getting over it. I don't see you getting your ass over here training the t-rex." Hazel snapped. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it I just..." Hazel stopped herself.
"Don't worry about it." Alan chuckled sadly making Hazel feel even worse. "I'll call you tomorrow," Alan told ending the call. "Wait Ala—" But it was too late Alan ended the call just as Hazel arrived at the t-rex enclosure. "Breathe Hazel, breathe. It's going to be okay, it's not your fault." Hazel hyped herself up getting out of the car and pressed a few numbers to enter the padlock but she also needs her handprint which she did and the door opened. She walked inside to be greeted by the security guards some looking her up and down, she placed her olive green coloured bomber jacket on a coat hanger. She walked up the stairs to get above the t-rex. Rexy was still sleeping by the time Hazel got up on the catwalk. It was early in the morning the time Rexy would normally be sleeping but she would wake up whenever Hazel would arrive at the enclosure.
"Rexy." Hazel sang smiling while doing so. She loved the t-rex that saved her life twenty-two years ago. Rexy grumbled a bit her eyes still closed shaking her head not wanting to wake up. "Come on. People are going to be here soon so don't you wanna play for so long." Hazel giggled at Rexy getting up hastily but was still cranky from waking up but wanting to play with her trainer.
"Do you remember hide and seek?" Hazel empathised on the words hide and seek and what impressed her the most was that Rexy nodded and made a noise that sounded like a yes. "You're getting good at understanding at what I'm saying." Hazel complimented Rexy and climbed down a ladder. While climbing it Rexy started to whine as in a hurry-up already type of tone.
