Tessa

We sat in silence comfort silence as I remembered my mum.It took me back to the night I had met him a night which I couldn't bring myself to remember.

"Hey do you remember anything from that night ,anything about what happened?"

Allan:: " I dont remember anything,I asked tommy and james about it and all they said was I left them fully hammered."

The next morning I woke up to an empty bed and a note saying he had an urgent meeting at the gallery. I spent half of my day organizing and sleeping.

We had agreed to clear some part of the room for the baby and I had insisted on doing it.Now I was decorating the small section with baby stuff and all.it looked beautiful with a mixture of pink and blue.I was yet to find out the sex of our baby but I didn't mind ,I would still love them the same.

I was sleeping on the couch when I felt a small kiss on my forehead bringing me out of sleep.

But his presence was long gone.i turned to check the time and it was already night.I was about to walk out of the room when something caught my eye.

It was a well wrapped gift box.I read the card on it and it had my name well designed on it.i sat myself on the bed and slowly unwrapped the box revealing the most beautiful camera I had ever seen. There was a note attached to it

*** I didn't know what else to gift the most amazing and lovely lady I have ever met on this special day.You light up my days and make up my nights.You push me to becoming a better version of myself.You inspire me to live each day to the fullest and to look forward to better days.you have given me purpose to live and I look forward to spending my life with you.Since walked into my life I've not been the same.I wish you the very best as you grow older and I pray I get the chance to spend the rest of your next years with you.

I read the note three to four times.What caught my attention was not the gift but the last words of his letter.I love you so much.He was yet to pop the l letter word and I wanted to hear it from him so I walked out of the room with the note in my hand.He was in the kitchen preparing dinner.

I stood at the door frame and just watched him.How he made a simple thing just as cooking look so damn sexy.
I was so deep in thought that I hadn't noticed how close he suddenly was standing next to me.

Allan::"are you done staring "
"I would never get done with you"
He just smiled and led me to the table
Allan::"Birthday dinner?"
"How did you even know it was my birthday?"
Allan::"I saw it on the students of the year magazine of last year"

"I was pinned as the ugliest last year"
Allan::"Well those people can be wrong about lots of things and you being ugly is definitely one of them"

We ate in a comfortable silence till I remembered the not.

"So someone wrote me a note declaring their undying love for me.do you know who they are I just want to tell them how much I love them too"

I was at a loss of words with what she had said.she slipped the note I had written to her across the table.

Tessa::"do you by any chance know this handwriting?"
She was playing with me teasing me

"I love you tess I love you so much."
She froze in her spot for a minute before she came and sat on me her legs on either sides and her hands on my neck.

Tess::"and I love you too allan king"

"I wish I could show you the amount of love I have for you in my heart."
Tess::"then show me,show me every little bit of it"

Tess::"you gifted me a camera to capture the world ,nature and mostly memories.Memories are very dear to our hearts yet I cant seem to have any memory of that night.Make love to me and remind me of what we shared together"

"Are you sure.i can wait,I dont mind waiting for you."
Tess::"you don't have to wait.Im ready"

On that night I made love to her pouring out every emotion I had out to her.I let her take me in and consume every inch of me.

I slept a happy man in love with the most beautiful woman by my side.I guess this was the fate bestowed upon me.and I couldn't have it any other way for it was a perfect fate.
