Lan comes back to the hotel. He sobs throughout the road. But there is no one to console him. The only person who could cheer him up,is gone  forever.

While these thoughts are lingering in  his mind,he feels more and  more hurt like something has been cut off from his body,but he can't say what is it.

Finally he enters the hotel and goes straight to the elevator. He went outside to eat but he comes back empty stomach. He has lost the appetite,even though the heartbreak and pain he is suffering now is enough to fill him up.

On the other hand...

After ohm left,xian goes to freshen up. After all the events of incident occurred,he is utterly tired. While showering he starts to think how to meet Lan ,he starts thinking of different possibilities. But none seems appropriate.

Finally after wrecking his brain for straight twenty minutes he finally comes to the conclusion that he is gonna meet Lan today. He has been controlling himself for all these years,but since now he is determined to meet him he can't wait anymore. He is gonna meet him today at this hotel.

After coming out of the shower,he wears something comfortable and finally goes to the elevator to go put and search for lan . He knows lan has gone out.

But suddenly the elevator door opens and ....

Lan is standing in front crying. He is crying so hard that he doesn't even notice Xian standing there. He goes past him towards the room.

Suddenly.....Lan feels a tug in his hand. He turns back and freezes in his spot. Xian ge is the last person he wants to meet now. He feels more painful. He tries to break free but in vain.

"Xian ge...you....you....let go",lan asks in between his sobs. "Lan listen to me ,I have to say someth....",Xian tries to say,"I don't want to listen!!!!"lan yells,"I am tired just let me go ,please,please",lan cries more heavily.

Xian lets go of his sleeve but holds his hand."lan it's important,you have to know ,but...before that let's go to your room,you....need to freshen up",Xian starts walking towards lan's room and lan follows without struggling anymore.

After he heard Xian has to say something important,he can't hold his curiosity anymore. Even though he knows Xian has a son now ,he still doesn't want to Believe it. And to tell the truth he is tired,tired of making assumptions,tired living in misunderstandings,tired of everything,so he lets xian do as he wish.

After reaching lan takes out his room card and opens the door silently. He has ceased to cry. He enters and Xian follows. Xian closes the room door and turns back to see lan sitting on the bed,staring at him.

He goes near him,"go take a shower first ,we will talk after", he ruffles lan's hair,and sits in front of him. He has always loved this.

"Won't your son and wife worry?you are coming to another person's room this late?",lan says calmly,though in a sarcastic tone.

Xian smiles. He fishes out his phone and searches for something. Then shows it to lan. It's a picture of a man and a woman with a child, but the child is special. He is the child lan saw previously in xian's arms.

Lan gets confused, "isn't it Xian ge's son?how come the man in the photo is looking more like his father?is that Xian ge's wife?why she is being clingy with other man? Why this picture is looking like a happy family?and the man is so familiar,wait isn't he Ohm Hsu?what heck is going on here?",all types of thought comes to his mind,and his face similarly shows a distorted expression.
