Steve and Nat are Avengers and they live at the compound with Sam, Wanda, Vision, Yelena, Rhodey, Bruce and although Tony, Pepper, Clint, Thor and Carol don't live there they visit often. Thor and Carol aren't there as often because they are usually on Earth. The year is 2020 there are no major threats and so they all can live happily, semi-normal lives. The events of Infinity War did not happen, there was no snap everyone is still here and alive.
