Chapter 6: How it should be

I woke up with a light tickling on my nose. Well not really,I woke up more like in a groggy state of half asleep and half what the hell is going on. Oh and it was more of a itching than a tickling, but it still tickled. I scrunched up my nose and wiggled it trying to get the distracting feeling away. It stopped and I sunk back into the bed trying to fall asleep again. Right when I was on the brink of sleep I felt the tickling again. Oh my gosh. I pouted out my lip just wanting to sleep and then I felt something in my mouth. Something feathery. I instantly started to spit it out and was met with a loud booming laugh.

I opened my eyes reluctantly. In front of me was a guy. A really annoying obnoxious guy who was getting on my last nerves right now. Ben's brown hair was messy and matted together but somehow it worked. The definition of attractive bed hair. He was wearing a pair of mickey mouse boxers and absolutely no shirt. Funny as it is even though it was in my hormones to want to see his abs I just wasn't feeling it. Maybe it was the fact I had a boyfriend, or because Ben was my best friend, or maybe I was just going crazy from my sleep deprivation. Yeah, that must be it. He had one hand behind my head cushioning me and one running through his hair. In the hand that was running through his hair had a teal feather peeking out of it. I rolled my eyes at him before closing my eyes.

"Why the heck are you disturbing my sleep," I whispered. I was trying to sound mad but it was kind of hard at the level that my voice was at. Unfortunately it wasn't in me to talk louder. I just wasn't feeling it. I just had no energy for speaking louder.

"Because Beauty it's time to stop sleeping," He chuckled. I cringed at how loud he was being. He saw my expression and kept chuckling. I popped open one eye to see him laughing. He stopped for a second and shot me a full mouth grin that would put the Cheshire cat to shame before laughing again. I lifted my finger and it was in the air for a second. Then it landed on his face and I slide it down to his mouth and rubbed my fingers on his lips.

"No more laughing," I whimpered. "Too loud."

"Oh gross Jen," He said pulling my hand away from his face. "I kind of don't want to taste your finger thank you very much."

I stuck my tongue at him and he chuckled quietly. I snuggled more on his arm trying to get comfortable. I pulled my arms to my body pulling up the cover on me. I snuggled into the cover welcoming the warmth that came over me. As soon as I welcomed it it was ripped away from me. I cringed and reached for the cover but it wasn't there. This was insane. "Wake up Jenna," He basically shouted next to me. My eyes popped open wide and my head spun. My teeth clenched as his loud voice rung in my ears. He chuckled at my expression and I raised my hand. I found his face and made a slapping motion, but it hit him with little to no force.

"Stop it hurts," I whispered. "Don't be so loud."

"What," He asked louder than I could stand.

"Don't talk so loud," I whispered again.

"Why exactly are we talking like this," He asked bringing his voice down.

"Because its too early," I stated. After that it was quiet. It was completely quiet. I thought he had finally given up. I cuddled the bed and welcomed sleep. I wanted it to take over me. I was tired. I was completely sleepy. Then all of a sudden I was smacked by something. I just laid there. I was smacked again and again. Then when whatever was hitting me came down to hit me again I shot up in the bed and grabbed it. I opened my eyes and saw Ben straddling the bed with a pillow in his hands. The same pillow that was in my hands. I narrowed my eyes at him. "What the hell?"

"It wasn't me," He stated dropping the pillow and holding his hands up in innocence.

"Idiot your the only one here," I stated. He shook his head.
