i cannot bring myself to support stray kids. i started to stan from my pace era to miroh, but after bangchan wore cornrows (wtf) and ADMITTED to choosing the hairstyle himself, i was disgusted. he even said that he did some sort of research on it, which makes it even more excusable. if you were doing research, wouldn't you find at least one thing about the actual history of the hairstyle???
hyunjin apparently wore a durag at one of their concerts which only worsens my opinion on them. i do appreciate their hard work and dedication, like 6 mini albums in only 2 years, with a mixtape ep, "mixtape" singles, and a japan debut??? they all work so hard and i really didn't want to unstan but bangchan and hyunjin's actions are inexcusable, and they haven't even apologized to the people that could have been really hurt and offended by them.
again, THOSE BOYS ARE VERY TALENTED. changbin is apparently the fastest rapper in kpop (that's literally crazy????? congrats!!!), and i'll still cheer felix, seungmin, jeongin, changbin, han, lee know, and woojin on, i will just choose not to support bangchan and hyunjin, maybe if they do apologize (which is very unlikely because its been a while since both incidents have occured), and SHOW that they have truly grown from their wrongdoings, i'll consider it.
