Chapter 2

I looked up sternly to see a......guy?
Is this the hard wall i bumped into!

He had dirt blond hair, with gorgeous deep blue eyes and a perfect jawline.......heck he was handsome and tall!!!!. My mouth must've been open for a second.

"Oh, umm......sorry for bumping into you i was just looking for my class."

His voice is sounds so charming.....where's Paige i need help! "Oh u-h umm i-its fine i should've looked where i was going. "Uh, do u need any hel-". My words were suddenly cut off by Paige, forcefully grabing my hand pulling me away.

"Paige!", what are yo-".
"No Jade we are not gonna be more late than we are for Biology test, just because you saw a hot freshman." ,Paige said, her voice sounding irritated.
"But look at him, he needs help" i said refering to the 'hot freshman' who seem confused by our actions. "Its one biology test Paige"

"Yes one Biology test which is a large percent of our grade".
Paige is a total nerd she might not look it but she is.

She draged me along the hall to our class. I was trying to get out of her grip to help the guy but she had a strong hold on my hand. I realised i wont be getting out of this and she wont be letting go off my hand anytime soon, so i turned around and mumbled a sorry to the freshman. He just smiled and waved. Wierd!

We finally reached the classroom, and was released from Paige's death grip. I swear it left a bruise! "Paige lets not do this, Mr. Ray is gonna kill us for being late.

"No Jade we are doing this". She let out a long sigh before opening the classroom door. Well, here we go.

We went in the classroom to see the test has already started. Were gonna die. I look to see Mr. Ray giving us a death glare....if eyes could kill.

"Care to explain why your late ladies" Mr. Ray said, still giving us his death glare. I opened my mouth to say something but Paige beat me too it.

"Im so sorry Mr.Ray, i ran into some issues while coming to class and Jade helped me. Wow what good excuse Paige.

Mr. Ray stared at Paige for a minute and Paige stared at Mr.Ray hoping he would understand.

After the long staring contest, Mr.Ray spoke,
"Fine, but you wont get any extra time than the other, so take a paper and sit."

I was shocked though, to see Mr.Ray let us off the hook so easily. Paige must be one of his best students.

We both took and paper and walked to our desired seats. While i sat down i muttered a 'what would i do without you' to her, but she gave me a look that said 'your lucky im your friend or you'd be screwed'.

After a painful hour of trying to burst my brain doing this test, the bell finally rang. Saved by the bell. I quickly put away my stuff and hand in my paper and left the classroom, Paige came after.

"I feel like i did well!" Paige blurted out.
"Your a nerd Paige ofcourse you did, I know I failed periodt."
"Oh stop being so droopy, theres a thing called studying you know. If you tried it once in a while you might feel smarted and can actually pass your tests. "Your 17 Jade, practically an adult. And you wont be here much longer, you that right".

"I feel like your giving me those mom talk thing i dont like it". "I just dont like those studying shits."

Paige suddenly stopped in her tracks, "Well damn right I am giving you mom talks, because you need it Jade. Your my bestfriend and I want the best for you." Paige's gaze was serious. I understand what she's saying but I just cant find it in me to study or anything.
