Chapter 5

The next test was a grip test, I sat down and Mr. Aizawa handed me the bar, I focused all the air around me into the bar, it slowly started to cave in, I closed my eyes and focused, my eyes snapped open when a loud *POP* was heard, I looked down and the bar in my hands was caved inwards, right were my hands were, I looked up at Mr. Aizawa, "My apologizes sir...." he showed me his little diameter thing, it showed 267.1, he nodded and took the bar from me, he then went off and got a new one, I walked off to watch from afar, "I/n!" Midoriya yelled, he ran up to me with Todoroki, "You know, in middle school you never told us what happened to your eye" Midoriya pointed out, I stared at the two for a moment, ".......Mother" was all I said, "What?" Midoriya questioned, "My...... mother did this to me" I said, my voice emotionless as I recalled the memory, "Oh, I'm so sorry, can you explain what happened?" I immediately started to fiddle with my necklace, "Well, I don't think that's a good idea....." I said, "Ple-" Midoriya started but Todoroki cut him off, "I'll tell you about what happened to my face"

Todoroki p.o.v

We were about to start the speed test, Bakugo shot forward with his explosions, I slid on my ice, but after a few seconds a huge gust of wind knocked me and Bakugo out of the air, I tumbled for a moment, I looked up to see l/n running ahead, she had the smallest smirk, I swear only I noticed it, how did the wind not affect her? She made it into first and I came into 3rd, not bad, I walked by as Bakugo started to scream at l/n, "THE FUCK DID YOU DO?" He screamed, l/n replied with no emotion or fear, "I don't know what your talking about, it was just the wind" Bakugo tried to throw her to the ground, my hand immediately went to grab her, but before I could her hands slammed onto the ground and she landed on her feet, I walked back over to Midoriya and stood next to him, "What happened during the course? That looked painful" Midoriya asked turning to me, I shrugged, "What happened to her eye?" I asked, I was shocked by my own question, why did I care? This girl has some major strength!'  Is what I'm pretty sure everyone was thinking as she walked off, I saw Midoriya starting over to me, he gestured over to l/n, I walked over to her with him, I started to feel more and more weird the closer we got,  Midoriya started "You know, in middle school you never told us what happened to your eye" She stared at the us for a moment, ".......Mother" was all She said, "What?" Midoriya questioned, "My...... mother did this to me" She said, her voice emotionless as it looked like she recalled a memory, "Oh, I'm so sorry, can you explain what happened?" She immediately started to fiddle with her necklace, "Well, I don't think that's a good idea....." She said, "Ple-" Midoriya started but I cut him off, "I'll tell you about what happened to my face", I don't know why but I felt the need to know as much as I can about this girl, she seemed to think about it,........."No" was all she said as she walked away, Midoriya looked shocked as he chased after her, I started to follow as well, Midoriya reached his hand out to touch the girl but as soon as he got to close he was sent flying backwards, he collided with me as I fell backwards, he sat up and rubbed his head, "ow...." he stood up and helped me up, we looked up to see that l/n was gone, soon everyone lined up and we were gonna take our last test, I was standing next to Midoriya when I noticed l/n at the very back of the line, I nudged Midoriya and gestured to l/n, he nodded and slowly made his way over to her, they exchanged a few words before I decided to walk over, I got over their and they continued their conversation, "-And I just wanted apologize one more time, I'm so sorry" l/n nodded to Midoriya's speech, "It's fine, I just don't know you and Todoroki to well and I'm just not comfortable yet, if we got a little closer I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge issue" she added, Midoriya nodded, a determined look on his face, "Well then! Me and Todoroki will make it our mission to get as close to you as we can!" I looked over to him in shock, I tried not to show it though, I nodded, before we could continue though we heard, "DIE" we looked over just in time to see Bakugo launch the ball into the air with an explosion, we all walked over just as Mr. Aizawa announced it was my turn, I walked up, feeling the eyes of everyone, I shot the ball forward and next it was Uraraka's turn, she threw the ball and Mr. Aizawa showed the class that she got infinite, she walked back to the line, triumphant, everyone threw the ball, and l/n was last, she walked to the small circle and looked at the ball in her hand, the slightest smirk was plastered onto her face, she threw the ball and Mr. Aizawa showed the class that she had also gotten infinity, I really do wonder what her quirk is.

Your p.o.v

"I'll tell you what happened to my face" Todoroki said, 'I barely know these people! There's no way in hell I'm telling them what happen, I didn't even mean to tell them it was my mom'  "No" then I started to walk away, no matter how weird I feel around Todoroki I won't tell him about my past, at least not yet, after a moment of walking away I heard a thud, I turned around slightly to see Midoriya and Todoroki on the ground, I hadn't even realized that I put up a barrier, I looked around and saw that no one was watching, I became invisible, after a few minutes everyone got into a line, I went to the very end and waited, making sure I wan't invisible, after a few moments Midoryia came up to me, "Hey, I'm so sorry about what happened earlier, it really is none of my business and I shouldn't have been so desperate." He looked down full of shame, "It isn't a big deal, I just..... wasn't sure how to react, and I'm sorry I kinda threw you into Todoroki" I said avoiding eye contact, "After this would I be able to get a few notes on your quirk? I take notes on everyone" I nodded,  "And I just wanted apologize one more time, I'm so sorry" I nodded to "It's fine, I just don't know you and Todoroki to well and I'm just not comfortable yet, if we got a little closer I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge issue" I replied, Midoriya nodded, a determined look on his face, "Well then! Me and Todoroki will make it our mission to get as close to you as we can!" Todoroki looked over to him he nodded, before we could continue though we heard, "DIE" we looked over just in time to see Bakugo launch the ball into the air with an explosion, we all walked over just as Mr. Aizawa announced it was Todoroki's turn, everyone took their turn and it was finally my turn, I smirked as I examined the ball, I threw it and because of my air quirk I was able to get an infinite as well, after that Mr. Aizawa said it was lunch time, we all started to make our way to the cafeteria, I pulled out my phone and plugged in my ear buds, I turned up the volume and made my way to the lunch line, I thought about sitting with Midoriya but then I remembered that Kara would probably be hungry, I walked out of the cafeteria and made my way to the roof......
