Brad's POV
A shop keeper. What was I thinking, I can't keep something like this hidden forever, but I wanted to be normal. We got to know each other, turns out she has a little sister, 3 cats and a boyfriend. Did I forget to mention that ? We was coming up to the end of the road and I had no idea what I was doing until she took the lead.
"Thank you for being so kind", I nodded and decided that I would just leave because I was being a freak. Before I started to walk off her phone rang, she picked it up and my heart sunk:
"Hey, I've missed you so much, really ? I can't wait love you bye.", she hanged up and i could feel her smiling at what she just heard. I was so selfish for thinking she would just fall for me and didn't have a life already.
I was so glad to hear his voice again, my brother was finally coming home and back to us, he was the only person who really understood me and whilst he was away I felt like I had no one to talk too.
Bradley was already walking off as I looked up, he was pretty sad as well like he was broken inside. Oh no. "You know I don't have a boyfriend right ?", I laughed nervously and he looked back with big puppy dog eyes. Why did I tell him I had one ? Cause I thought if I didn't sound like I was happy and my life was perfect he wouldn't like me. Well really, I had nothing. All of a sudden he began to laugh, even though we just met it seemed like he cared. I don't want to call it yet, but there's something about him that might save me from what I've been trying to escape.
