Note: I'm sorry to YunKai shippers, but I'm not really focusing on them in here. So, there won't be a YunKai chapter..

THIRD PERSON

"Hey, it's not nice.." Soobin told them and Lia smiled at him. "Thanks, Soobin." she said. That smile gave him butterflies, he thought about ignoring it. He just can't help but smile, "Jisu-yah.." he called as she was not paying attention. His smile fades away as he thinks about something.

"Jisu-yah," he called again.

She finally heard him and looks at him with questioning eyes. "You called me?" she asked and he nodded. "Can we talk?" he clasped his hands and rub them together, nervously. "Now?" he nods. The two excused themselves and went out of the room.

As they were walking side by side with each other, Soobin stopped. Lia could feel it and she stopped, too. Giving him a glance, she saw how he was deep in his thoughts. She tapped his shoulder, "You okay?" she gave a head tilt. He blinked a couple times and suddenly, grabbed her by the wrist.

"What-" she stopped when she felt him let go and walk faster in front. She ran to him, stopping him by blocking his way. "Where are you going? You said you wanted to talk." he ignored her and dragged her to the corridor. "If you're just gonna waste my time, then-"

Soobin's hand on her shoulder made her stop. "Please, just stop talking for a minute.." he mumbled and slides his hand off of her shoulder. She heaved a sigh and crossed her arms. "Look, I'm sorry I'm doing this but I can't keep it in anymore." he faced her with a groan. "I know about your ban and stuff, but.." his eyes bored into hers as he spoke.

"I like you."

Three words.

It only took three words to make Lia's heart race. She kept quiet and he avoided eye contact. "I know your answer, but do you want to go on a date?" he asked, turning red in just a few seconds. She was still silent and Soobin was embarrassed. "I knew it.. Well, thanks for your time, i guess.." he slowly turned away and took off.

While Soobin was cursing himself, Lia was stuck in her spot. She doesn't know what's gotten into her. Was she shocked? Yes. She just felt like fighting the urge to go to him and give him an answer. She was thinking for a long time until someone approached her, calling her name.

"U-Uh, annyeonghaseyo, sunbaenim." she bowed her head.

"C'mon, we've talked about this.. Drop the formalities, call me unnie." she smiled as she swung an arm around the girl. "What are you doing here, anyway?" she asked, walking with the girl. "Soobin wanted to talk, so-" she covered her mouth as she realized what she blurted out. The older girl looked at her confusingly, "Soobin? Who's Soobin?" she asked.

Lia flushed red and waved her hand, saying he was no one. The older girl shook her head, chuckling. "C'mon now.. You know you can talk to me." she pat the girl's shoulder. "No, really.. He's just someone I talk to, nothing else." she reasoned and the girl furrows her brows. "The lies make it obvious that he's not just someone you talk to." she said as she fixed her brown dyed hair.

"Jeongyeon-unnie, I'm serious. He's just somebody I know." again, she lied.

The girl, Jeongyeon, was her name. She shook her head, "You're really something, Lia." she chuckled as they stopped in front of ITZY's practice room. "Now, spill. If not, I'll tell my members." she teased and Lia sighed. "Fine, but not here.." Lia said and Jeongyeon smirked, dragging her far from the door. "So?"

"We're collaborating with TXT, our friends. But, there's something inside that tells me we're not just friends.. Can you tell me what that is?" she asked the idol. Jeongyeon's hand went to Lia's shoulder, "I'm pretty sure you can figure this out yourself. You're pretty smart. So, I'm leaving this matter into your hands." she smiled, she gave Lia a pat on the back and waved while she was slowly disappearing from her sight.

Lia smiled to herself and walked back to the practice room. She was greeted by the members, it looks like Yeji just finished dancing. She heard Yeji ask Kai a question, which she assumed was because of the game. "Guys, we should go home." her head turned to him as soon as she heard his voice.

She heard Yeji excusing herself to go call their manager and she went to follow Soobin, who was already at the door, ready to leave. He definitely saw her but he ignored her existence and walked out the door, leaving the confused Lia behind. As the others were still behind, she ran out and followed Soobin. "Yah!" she called.

She met with his cold and empty gaze, "What?" he asked, monotonously. Her breathed hitched for a second, "I-" she didn't get to finish as she saw him walking away. She rolled her eyes and calmed herself before she actually gets mad at him. The other members were now with them, so it felt relieving for the two since the tension was tense.

Lia would steal a glance at him when he would fix his shirt or shift in his spot. She thought he felt uncomfortable because of the wind but, boy, was she wrong. She suddenly approached him with confidence, "Soobin-ah," she called. He turned to her and asked, "What?". She scoffed silently, but it didn't catch his attention.

"Why are you suddenly acting this way?" she asked and the boy just gave a chuckle. "Answer me." she demanded. She cracked her knuckles when he ignored her again. Glancing around at the other members, she cursed under her breath. She saw two vans coming towards the entrance and she glanced at him, again.

When the vans pulled up, Soobin was about to walk away and enter the van but Lia stopped him. "Yah.." she said and he turned around. "What?" he asked. Her eyes rolled back, "How many times have you said that, huh? Are you just going to repeat the same thing over and over again like you're some type of robot?"

He stood still in his place.

"I'm just asking why you're acting like this.." she said. "I'm not acting." he said and got a glare. She sighed, "About your question earlier.." she trailed and looked up to him, expecting some change of mood, but no. She took a deep breath,

"Sure. Let's go on a date."
