"I'd rather let everyone know about us than hide for years."

Idols always have to keep their relationships a secret, whether they're dating or even just friends.
Choi Beomgyu was quick to realize that Shin Ryujin is not who she seems. With her b...
I don't know why but as soon as i step into the school building, I look for her face. I don't think I can accept that she's never going to like me the way i like her, but if i get her to like me as a friend, that's enough for me.
I didn't see her at her locker, so I'm assuming she's already in class. My "table-mate", Hyunjin-hyung was there too, which makes sense because he likes to come early to sit around in silence.
"Earlier than usual, don't you think?" I heard Hyunjin ask. I snap my head towards him, "Yup, just felt the need to do it." I sigh and turn my head as I sat down. I saw Ryujin in her seat with her head resting on her arms on the table. I'm guessing she's sleepy, let's interrupt her dreams!
"Tickle tickle," I whisper as I tickle her arm. She lifts her head up slowly and looks at me, obviously angry because I disturbed her. "Morning, sleepyhead." I smile and sat down next to her.
"What do you want.." she drags the last word in her sentence as she put her head back down lazily.
"Why are you so sleepy?"
"I couldn't sleep last night.."
"You didn't even try?"
"Stop pestering me, for once. Before I snap at you and make a big scene out of it, you better go."
"Like you will." I chuckle. She glared at me.
That glare isn't getting you anywhere, I'm still going to annoy you since I like that glare.
"Did you finish the homework?" I try to ask more relevant questions since I know saying dumb things with her isn't going to go great, especially with her mood right now.
"Do you think I would do it?" she deadpans.
"Oh yeah," I grin. "I saw you with Kwan-hyung yesterday, looks like you two were discussing." I shift in the seat. "What about?" I ask.
She raises an eyebrow at me, "I don't follow.."
"I meant as in, what we're you guys talking about?" I elaborate.
"Something that's none of your business."
Ouch.. Wow.
"I'm still your friend, you know?" I chuckle.
"You still don't get it, huh? Didn't you hear what I said yesterday before you continued practice?" she bluntly asks.
"Well, I don't approve." I joke, smugly smiling. Ryujin flicked my forehead, "I said go." I can feel her eyes burning through my skin. "Fine." My smile drops instantly as I stand up, leaving her.
RYUJIN
Wow. Are my eyes playing tricks on me or did Choi Beomgyu just not smile? Never seen him like that before, huh.
Anyway, I managed to get rid of him after so many attempts. I was about to lay my head back down, but the teacher burst through the door with a sly smile on his face. "Hand over your assignments, my dear students."
I guess he loves making us suffer by giving more and more homework. When will I graduate so I can stop waking up early to go to school..? And most importantly, when will I finally debut?
