Three months have passed since Empress Nunnally's visit to Ashford Academy

"No-no-no! I said that we needed steel-reinforced, not steel-lined! You better send your fastest delivery boy or so help me, I will have the Empress personally dissolve your company!" a young man named Takahiro Kojima shouted into his cell-phone. Takahiro hung up the call, "How is the reconstruction going in sector 17?" Takahiro stands in a dimly lit room, the only source of lights being the giant monitors displaying information about Britannian Reconstruction Effort. He runs his hand through his silky white hair, sighing in exhaustion.

"Sir, initial construction seemed to be going well, but the teams there seem to have run into an unexpected problem." a supervisor responds.

Takahiro raises an eyebrow, "Problem?" His piercing blue sapphire eyes dart to the man speaking to him.

"Yes sir, it seems that the development team has discovered a hidden Sakuradite deposit. They have halted all construction and are awaiting further orders." the supervisor explains.

"All right." Takahiro pinches the bridge of his nose, "Pull back all construction teams in that sector and send in the mining team Alpha-1. I want to know how much Sakuradite we're dealing with. I want all construction to halt immediately."

"What! Sir, we're already behind our projected schedule, we can't stop, we can't afford to!" another supervisor exclaims.

"I won't have any necessary risks being taken. Sakuradite is extremely dangerous, you all should know that! I want sectors 14 through 20 re-scanned for any more Sakuradite deposits, construction won't start up again, until I am sure that we are operating in the most safest condition possible!" Takahiro looks around the room, the eyes of the supervisors darting back and forth, quietly whispering to one another, "Also, when mining team Alpha-1 gets back, I want to speak with all mining teams." All of the supervisors in the room fall silent, their hearts begin to race, "It's clear to me that your respective teams don't care about the job we were contracted to do. So I'd like to have a word with all of them, I want to know if there is a team here that isn't working at 100%. And when I find out which team it was, they'll be put on the first flight back to Japan." Takahiro glares at all of the supervisors, his eyes piercing their souls. "I won't have my company's name reduced to nothing because of your negligence."

A stone, cold silence falls on the room, no one utters a word and Takahiro takes a seat in his chair at the center of the room. Soon, one by one, the supervisors return to their post and start relaying the orders that Takahiro gave them. Then a notification alert goes off, "Uh sir, it's Empress Nunnally. It appears that she's making a direct call to us." a supervisor explains.

Takahiro rises from his chair, a small smile starts to appear on his face. "Put it through to my personal line, I'll take the call in my office." he orders. Takahiro exits the command center and retreats to his small personal office. He locks the door and closes the blinds, as per Zero's request whenever he'd speak with the Empress. He takes a seat behind his desk and activates a holographic screen. "Greetings your Majesty." Takahiro respectfully opens, bowing his head to the young Empress. "How did everything go in Chicago?"

"Hello Mr. Kojima! We're just flying back now, everything went splendid. We'll be having our first open election later this year." Nunnally states.

"Empress, that's great to hear. Oh, by the way you don't have to call me that. Takahiro is just fine."

Nunnally giggles at his request, "If that's the case then you'll have to call me by my first name then." The two of them laugh at one another, "So... how is the reconstruction going?" she questions.
