The next day...

I slowly open my eyes. Where am I?

Someone puts their face in my view. My vision is blurry and I can't recognize them. Then, another one appears. And then another. I'm looking at three faces but I can't decipher who they are.

I start laughing hysterically.

"HAHAHAHAHA I can't- I can't see
your faces! THIS IS SO FUNNY"

They start mouthing words at me.

"OH MY GOD, I CANT HEAR YOU
EITHER HAHAHAH"

Why the hell can't I stop laughing?

Suddenly, I feel a gentle touch on my arm. It moves down to my right hand. Two faces leave my sight and only one remains.

My hysterical smile immediately goes away, and my blurry vision begins to clear.

"Em, it's me Mark"

I can see his face now. It looks like he's been crying. Did I do this to him?

"Yeri, Kyle why'd you guys call him? He shouldn't be here" I say, while continuing to stare at Mark

"They left a while ago..." an
unknown female voice explains

Then who am I talking to??

I sit up straight and analyze the room carefully. Human number one, Mark. Human number two, kinda looks like my sister, oh wait it is. Human number three, looks like my mother, what a surprise! It is. And human number four, an entity from a hell planet named my fucking father.

I start uncontrollably laughing again.

"SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT MY
STUPID FATHER KICKED ME OUT OF
MY HOUSE AND CAME TO VISIT ME
AT THE HOSPITAL??! I HAVE TO BE DREAMING HAHAHA"

They can't help but just stare at eachother in awe. I can tell how awkward this situation is. Mark just looks down in embarassment while still holding my hand and none of them say a single word.

I turn my head down toward my lap with a huge smile on my face, but not because I'm happy. I let out a small *sigh* and look around the room as my smile begins to fade. I tilt my head as I lock eyes with my dad.

"Get out." I calmly tell him

"Em, don't-" Mark pleads

"No, I don't want him here.
Get the fuck out, dad"

"Emily sweetie, it took a lot of courage
for your father to come here"
my mom explains

"It took him a lot of courage to come
out and see his own daughter?
What a joke" I say with an upset tone

"Emily Jung, bring that tone
down right now" my dad demands

"I'm not gonna listen to you while I'm
sitting in a hospital bed, now get out"

"Young lady, you need to-"

"Did I try to fight you when you told
me to get out? No, so please just return
me the favour and get the fuuuck out
puhLEASE" I say, clearly annoyed
