Chapter 2: Please Stay

The Radio Demon was quite upset that Kayla had to leave, he just knew he had to convince her to stay. He suddenly grab her by the hand she looked at him, he then smiled as a static noise came from him.

“Why don't you stay my dear? I could really use your company. And seeing you go makes me sad.” The Radio Demon said as he was still holding her hand not letting go.

“Y-you really want me to stay?” Kayla said as she blushed slightly

“Of course I do sweetheart! Having you here with me makes me happy.” Alastor said.

Kayla looked at the Radio Demon for a long moment as he was smiling at her still holding her hand, she felt happy when she was around him too. She sighed in acceptance. “Alright, if me staying means so much to you, then I'll be happy to do so.” She smiled sweetly at the Radio Demon.

“Wonderful news!” Alastor said. Then he pulls Kayla in for a hug, she hugged him back smiling, she felt safe being in his arms.

After hugging for a long moment they both pulled away from the hug and they both smiled as they looked at each other. “Well, I guess I should get our room ready.” Alastor said.

“O-our room?” Kayla said as she tilted her head slightly.

“Of course my darling! Did you really think I was going to let you sleep all by yourself? Not in a million years, I want to hold you at night to know that you're safe.” Alastor kissed her cheek he then headed to the elevator and got on.

After the elevator door closed Kayla went and sat down on the couch of the hotel lobby. She then took out her journal and started writing in it.

“Dear Diary. I've decided to stay in this wonderful hotel, with a wonderful demon named Alastor. Why did I end up staying? I don't have words for that and I might never, but I'm assuming it's because of Alastor. Seeing him sad like that I just knew I couldn't bare to leave him, I knew I was the reason why he was so happy and I knew both of us were happy together. But when I'm around him I get these feelings, these happy feelings, and I just know we were made to be with each other. He's sweet, kind, caring and a wonderful man and I love him with all my heart. I wouldn't trade him for any other demon in hell.” Kayla closed her journal and looked up after she heard a ding coming from the elevator.

The elevator door opened and Alastor walked out of it walking up to Kayla “Well, our room is ready my dear. Would you like to see it?” Alastor said as he was smiling like he always was.

“I'd love to see it.” Kayla said as she stood up from the couch smiling.

“Wonderful!” Alastor said. He then took her hand and led her to the elevator, they both got on. After awhile they both got off Alastor was still holding Kayla's hand as he led her to their room, he then opened up the door to their room and they both walked inside.

Kayla looked around amazed by how wonderful their room looked. “Oh Alastor, this looks absolutely amazing! I-I love it!” Kayla said as she was smiling tears were running down her cheeks a bit.

Alastor looked at her he put his hands on both of her cheeks wiping her tears away. “What's wrong sweetheart? Why are you crying?”

Kayla looked at him as she smiled softly. “Its nothing, I'm just happy is all. I just love this so much.”

Alastor chuckled. “Aww sweetheart, I'm glad you do. It just shows how much I love and care for you.” He smiled sweetly at her as his smile widened.

Kayla then started to sing

[Kayla]
I will always be with you, makes no difference where your road takes you to. Even if we're apart, now we're joined at the heart. Though our moment may be gone, you and I will still live on.

[Alastor]

I will always be with you, I'll be by your side whatever you do. Other memories may fade, but the ones that we made are eternal as a star. Now I'm part of who you are.

[Both]

And I'll be there with you in the sound of your laughter, I'll be in the tears you cry. Cause the way you and I have touched one another, doesn't end with goodbye. I will always be with you, like a guardian angel, constant and true. When you're lost in the night, and you can't see the light, my love will see you through.

[Alastor]

I will always be there.

[Kayla]
You have me there.

[Both]
I will always be with you...
