The girl smiled, taking seat in front of the boy as they chatted the night away, her ever-present smile never wavering as they got to know each other, "Did you really do things like that? That's so innocent!" Tanjiro laughed a bit, holding an empty bowl in his hands, Kioko nodded bringing her knees closer to her chest as she rested her head on top, "Yeah— I mean! Every child does things like that. I'm not far from ordinary" She defended herself, her smiling getting wider by the minute, "I guess we all did something like that" His laughter got quieter, thoughts of his late family consuming him bit by bit, "How did you end up here?" He asked out of the blue, covering his mouth with a hand as soon as the words left his mouth, "Its okay if you don't want to answer, I don't mean to pry in your privacy— I'm sorry for asking all of the sudden" He apologized, bowing slightly.
Kioko giggled, dismissing the act, "Its okay, everything is a blur if I'm honest"

"We should sleep now, wouldn't want you too tired to practice" The girl smiled, standing up to blow out the only source of light they had, Tanjiro nodded before laying down. Kioko heading towards her futon and taking cover under the blankets, "Good night, Miyazaki" Tanjiro said before drifting to sleep, the female only nodded, letting the silence become a part of her again as she curled up into her usual position, grabbing hold of her blankets as she brought her knees up to her chest. That way she felt protected. Even for a little bit.

The day went on without a hitch, the girl now watched the boy train with his actual permission instead of stalking and lurking behind the shadows, staying oblivious about the fact that her deceased friend had come back. She didn't want to acknowledge the miracle she had witnessed, they seemed too real to be true.

Once more, Sabito was fighting Tanjiro, still having a wooden sword in hand, Tanjiro barely got a hang of his fighting style. Marking unnecessary movements each time he would strike an attack, causing Sabito to take advantage of this. Makomo, another former pupil also helped with Tanjiro's training, making sure to point out his mistakes.
Kioko felt rather useless, yet she desired to keep a smile on for the sake of it, "Kamado" The girl spoke up once his fight was over, "You're doing so well, but— are you actually thinking every move through?" The girl asked, sitting down before pulling her knees up to her chest, hiding her timid smile behind them, "What do you mean?" The boy asked, taking seat next to her.
"Sometimes you just have to visualize what's in front of you in different points of view, you always need to have all types of outcomes in mind" The girl explained, playing with a flower she picked up nearby, "Ah-!! I see what you mean, even so, I still need to work up technique and strength!" The boy chimed, his smile growing wider, even so Kioko could tell he wasn't passionate about the sword fighting, he didn't want power or to prove he was strong. He wanted his family to be able to sleep in peace. Maybe he wasn't passionate about the whole ordeal of having to become a swordsmen, but determination filled this boy up to the brim

Revenge? Or completing one's last wish? Maybe it was the same thing. Maybe it wasn't.

"Yeah, that too" Kioko smiled, standing up once more, "Let me teach you" The girl extended her hand out, helping the boy up before taking the sword from him, apologizing swiftly as she unsheathes the sword.

She took stance in front of one of the trees that stood tall, her eyes now focusing on the trunk. Mumbling under her breath, "Breath of Nature, first form;" The girl moved her arms back, the sword keeping a steady grip, a rough one, "Dusk till dawn" The girl's eyes slightly glowed as she brought both her arms forward.
It didn't look as much at first, until the tree started breaking down, falling down.

The attack merely consisted of precision and timing, the perfect agility and balance of the two.

"Woah!! That was amazing!!" Tanjiro chirped, complimenting the female's fighting style, "Where did you learn this breath? I thought Urokodaki only knew the water type?" He asked, excited by the attack, "Funny you ask, I guess you can say I created it" The girl smiled, placing a hand on the back of her head as she sheepishly giggled. She handed back the sword to the male before gaining back her composure, "The thing is, you have to know what type of an attack you need, the one that will benefit you the most" She smiled, clicking her tongue, "In any case! Kamado! Don't be late for dinner!" She chuckled before running off, leaving the boy behind.
