This is Yuna. Also known as Yukki, in game. A level 42, Archer start-off, now Artillery. As the pixels morph into a beautiful scene in a field with different mobs and portals, other players weren't in sight.

Must be in the cities.

Today marks the limited time offer for the grinding event for rare items and additional exp at the new floor, “God's Tower.” Yukki opens her game menu and inventory alongside her character info tab. She looks for her trusty bow as of now, and equipped it.

❝I'm not missing this opportunity to strengthen Yukki.❞ She talks to herself, not really expecting anything to talk back.

That is, until she hears a snort. No, it's not a human snort. It was a pig. A boar to be exact — it was just one of those weak mobs that littered the floor for free EXP. Yukki stretched and rolled her shoulders, as if she has really transferred to another body. It felt great. Being in another world, being someone whose not me.

Yukki gets a rock that was close to her and throws it at the boar. The mob looked at her, detecting hostility which made it scratch its front foot on the grass, as steam released itself from its nose. The mob prepares to ram into Yukki, it then grumbles and runs full speed ahead. Anyone else who was slow and incapable would have already been hit and lost HP quickly. But Yukki, oh Yukki, she wasn't slow. It was the opposite of that, really.

She was an archer after all. An elf.

Yukki tumbles backwards and launches herself from the ground and shoots an arrow at the boar quickly. It hit the target seamlessly, the boar wailed and most would think it was over but it was a cry. A cry for help. Yukki already knew that.

❝It wouldn't hurt to practice more. After all those deadlines the editors are putting me through, I deserve it.❞

She cracks her neck as if it was stiff from the lack of movement. She heard ruffles and feet moving at a fast pace and some snorts. A huge horde of boars came rushing all at once while the boar that she shot earlier shrugged off her arrow as if it was dust on its shoulder. Well it was. Since it was all for agitation. Yukki needed to release. Some form of action that can help take her mind off things that she doesn't want to remember.
