New Friends

No One's POV

It has been 3 years since (Y/N) and Todoroki became friends. Best friends, precisely.

Everyday after junior high, they would agreed to meet up at the school field for extra training. Fortunately, (Y/N) was close with the headmistress, so that's why it was possible for them to stay back for training.

Because of that, also, both of them got to know each other better. Sometimes, they would juat simply relax and hang out at the park, talking about random stuff. But things would get awkward when they wanted to know about their family's past.

(Y/N) decided not to bring it up because she could see discomfort in Todoroki's eyes everytime she asked about it. She didn't want for their friendship to end just like that. They made a truce about it, and gladly, accepted.

Now that they had finished junior high, they could now enroll at UA High, the best hero school for heroes in training.
Today is the first day...

(Y/N)'s POV

After I got dressed into my uniform, I immediately headed out towards UA High, my new school.

Yep, that's right! I got into UA High, the esteem prestigious school that turned out the world's best heroes. I am now on stepping stones to my dream. Can't wait!

And with all my imagination got the best of me, I finally made it at the entrance. I look up the humongous building.

'Wow! You weren't kidding, mom..it's huge! If only you were here to see it with me..'

*TAP TAP*

I shrieked in suprise at the mysterious touch. I turned around and it was just Todoroki. He seemed to be slightly amused at my reaction, however.

"Morning, (L/N)." He quietly chuckled.

"Haha." I mocked, rubbing my chest. "Good morning to you too, Todo." But I still return his greeting.

We walk together into the school, searching for our assigned class. Class 1A, I recalled. Same with Todo! "Are you feeling nervous? You were zoning out earlier."

I slightly hmmed in agreement at his question. "Yeah..I guess."

'Ohh (Y/N)! Why do you have to act weirdly now? Why now?'

Then, he patted my shoulder. "Don't worry. You're still with me. We'll be fine. I can assure you of that." Though it's small, I can still see him smiling.

I sighed in relief. "Thanks, Todo. I'm glad you're with me. I hope you can still go along with my attitude." I cheekily smiled, colour returning to my face.

Shoto's POV

'Why do you keep calling me "Todo"?'

That was the nickname that (L/N) used for me ever since we met. I just went along with it.

But I have to admit...

'It's cute, I guess?'

"We're here!"

(L/N)'s determined yet cheerful voice returned me back into reality. And she's right. We've made it. To class 1A.

(Y/N)'s POV

I opened the door and we entered. And a second later, we were greeted by a tall boy with glasses and dark blue hair.
