Daina hides her head with the pillow.
Beep Beep Beep
She looks at the time and its just 4:30. Its not even been an hour and this phone disturbs her sleep. No beauty sleep allowed for her, she thinks.
''Daina''says Daina in her sleepy voice.
''Miss Daina, we found out that the last contact of the victim was 2 hours ago with you , whats her name? Yeah... Ellega O'Collonel. We need to..''
''Victim??'' Daina shouts on the phone with her eyes wide open.
''Oh yes. The body was found in the park near the Hurdle street.''
She wants to shout. She wants to throw evrything. But it was her Ellie.
Then she remembers what a mistake she had done. Daina didn't listen to anything Ellie said at her last moments. She just pretended to listen what she said.
''Daina, I am tired of guys, in fact, the world.'' she remembers.
''Hellow, anyone still on the line? Miss Daina?''
''What happened?'' Daina manages to say.
''You'll have to wait for medical reports in the city hospital.'' says the officer.
''Mom!"
Then in a second, Daina's mother is consoling her.
''We need to take her body.'' Daina's mother exclaims
''Yeah''
''Are you going''
''No''
''I'll be back soon''exclaims
