*Charlotte's POV*

We all piled into Mandy's borrowed truck and set out towards downtown Chicago. She went straight to Millennium Park and parked across the street from the Cloud Gate; before we got out Mandy turned to face the boys who were crammed in the back seats.

"You guys need disguises, so lucky for you I have sunglasses and hats in the trunk," she told them cheerily.

"How can you be so perky?" I mumbled under my breath.

Mandy smacked me upside the head before climbing out of the truck to open the trunk. She opened it up and tossed the boys some hats.

"Why so many hats and stuff?" Niall asked as he placed a fedora on his head.

"Girl needs her accessories when she works at a club," she told him winking.

That made them all laugh, but I glared at her and jumped out of the car angrily. I crossed the street and plopped down on a bench to wait for them.

"Is she always this cranky?" I heard Louis ask Mandy.

"Only when she feels threatened," she sighed.

"Well let's get going then, there is much to see!" Liam interrupted, trying to cheer things up.

They walked over to where I was sitting, and Mandy pulled me up off the bench.

"Stop moping and let's show these boys Chicago!" she said.

"Fine," I agreed -a bit unwillingly, but I agreed - a smile forming on my face.

We took tons of pictures together at the Cloud Gate then went to the big fountain and pretended to climb inside. We got yelled at by some police officer, but we ran away laughing.

"You guys want to go to Navy Pier?" I asked out of the blue.

They all froze and turned to look at me in surprised that I had said something without anger.

"What's at Navy Pier?" Harry asked.

"A Ferris wheel!" Mandy said excitedly.

"All right, let's go then," Liam said, answering for all of the boys.

We went back to the truck and piled in once more. Mandy skillfully maneuvered through the streets and went to the parking garage that was connected to the pier. She flashed the person at the gate a silver card and they waved her through, without her having to pay.

"You didn't pay?" Niall asked her.

"I don't have to, my dad has access to the whole park," Mandy mumbled.

They didn't push the subject noticing it made her uncomfortable talking about it. I knew why, and it was best they didn't know. She parked the car and we all hopped out. Once we had made it onto the pier we went straight to the Ferris wheel. Louis pulled me back when the rest were getting on and we boarded one of the booths, just the two of us.

"Why did you do that?" I complained, although I didn't put up a fight.

"I wanted to talk to you, just us two," he said grinning.

"So you left Mandy with four boys?" I said, "I'm the stripper not her, she's just a bartender."

"Really, a stripper?" he teased.

"Yes, problem?" I asked defensively.

"Not at all, I actually owe you an apology," he admitted, "I was a jerk last night and calling you a stalker wasn't too nice either."
