The Big Day Pt. 1

Klavier's POV

Today's the day. My sister will be taking her exam, she's been working hard especially with how much pressure Frills, otherwise known as Miles Edgeworth, has been putting on her. Yet... for some reason I can't help but just lay here and think about what might happen. I was informed of the threat made by my brother and so was Kat. However, for some reason I just don't want to get out of my bed. I looked over to my clock which read 12:00 pm, rolling over I sighed and got up yawning and getting ready for the day. Apollo should have already picked up the girls and are on the way to the court house. I should have been on the way there 15 minute ago since I chose to walk instead of take my motorcycle. Sighing I checked to make sure I had everything, I left the house locking the door and started the trek.

I was about halfway there when suddenly I was pulled into an alley my eyes were cover and my wrists were bound. My attackers started to beat me up and the last thing I heard was "I wish it didn't have to come to this Klavier. Unfortunately it did." I knew that voice too well. It was Kristoph. He had somehow gotten free. The last thought on my mind before passing out was, "Herr Forehead, Herr Wright, Detective... protect her..." then everything went blank.

Kristoph's POV

It was a shame I had to have this done to my own brother, however, it would make one less person to deal with when I went to kill Kat. She's too smart for her own good and it would put my little brother out of a job. She has to be stopped and it has to be before she takes her exam. Luckily for me inside Detective Gumfuck's coat was a gun and thankfully enough it was loaded already. Another thing checked off my list. I'm gonna make sure she can't take it no matter what. Even if I have to do the unthinkable to get it done.
