Lostkit's Prophecy (incomplete)

Chapter 2: The Clan In The Stars

'FROGLEAP!!! FROGLEAP!!' Lostkit was running faster than ever before. 'Yes?' came the croaky voice of the medicine cat. 'Plumkit swallowed red berries which I think are deathberries! And now she's rolling on the ground!' 'Where is she?' came the croaky voice again. 'Near the Hotrocks!' 

Frogleap ran faster than Lostkit has seen any warrior run. Lostkit followed Frogleap to the Hotrocks with speed aquired by stress. Plumkit was still wiggling around and fighting for life, with Frogleap by her side. 'Mistykit, go and get Waspstar and more warriors.' Mistykit obediently ran off.

A few minutes later, Mistykit was back with Waspstar and Crowpatch. Crowpatch looked very nervous. 'Mistykit tells me Plumkit ate deathberries. Is that true, Frogleap?' Frogleap solemnly nodded and went on with his work. Lostkit walked over to Mistykit, who stood there silently. 

'I shall perform a naming ceremony. For, in StarClan, Plumkit will have a warrior name, Glowheart.' Waspkit said.

Frogleap left Glowheart's body behind and croaked, 'She's with StarClan now...'

After a long silence, Mistykit said, 'After all of this, I wanna be a med cat. I don't want anything else to happen like it happened to Glowheart.' Mistykit strode over to the den, leaving Lostkit and Glowheart's body alone. Lostkit was so exausted, he fell asleep.

Lostkit was running through the same forest as his last dream. This time, it was Glowheart standing there. 'Glowheart?!' Glowheart answered, 'Don't worry for me, Lostkit. It'll be fine. Your clan is the one who will not. In the time of need, StarClan will grant you and her powers.

'But how will you know when it's the time of need?!' Lostkit asked. Plumkit spoke with the voices of StarClan. 'I will not know. WE WILL.' Suddenly Lostkit woke up. Plumkit's body was gone.
