"Fuck." August groans as he stretched, waiting for the microwave to go off.

He couldn't believe but he was actually fine with the fact that he made up with Kali. He went a week without talking to her because he just needed a space, she stressed a nigga out and they not even together. He felt like he needed to do his own shit before he stepped back in. When she kissed him it's like all the anger in his body left. He definitely meant what he said but that didn't change the fact that cares for her.

He scrolls through instagram and the front door opens, he look up and his eyes widen. It's like he takes one step forward and three steps back.

"Who the fuck let you in my house?"

He laughs to himself as he stares Sincere, or Ace, in the face. Behind him walks in Chris and Reese.

Reese chuckles and Chris stands close behind August, he looks at August and shakes his head. Chris had a feeling that this was the dude that had Kali so geeked, but he prayed he was wrong, for Kali's sake and August.

"Well, the cats out the bag, right, August?" Reese speaks, he waited for this day to come. The day he saw him and Kali all cozied up in the library he was plotting, but lucky for him, God worked in mysterious ways.

"You're August?" Chris questions, "Fuck." He mumbles which makes Sincere look at him and Reese.

"What? Fuck are y'all talking about?" Sincere questions looking at the both of them.

"Oh shit." They all look towards Penny and see Kali rushing up behind her. Her eyes widen as she sees them stare at her.

"Hi Bubba, hi bear." Kali chuckles nervously and looks towards August.

"Kali why the fuck he in here?" Sincere voices booms throughout the kitchen causing her to flinch. She didn't know why he was reacting so bad towards August.

"Maybe it was because of the situation with Roman, he's still on edge." She thought to herself.

She walks over to me and sighs, "August, this is my brother, Sincere. Bubba, this is August, the friend I had over before."

"Hol, he was here? I thought y'all was just having lil' dates at the library." Reese speaks up, deep down he was pissed. In his mind Kali was his, he was still trying to get at her. He took a good look on her face and saw the bruise Sincere told him about.

"Dates? What the fuck? Bra, someone better fucking answer me." Sincere slams his fist against the island.

"This the nigga, Kali?" Chris asks calmly, August looked at him and he looked back. August knew every single one of them. Especially Ace, well Sincere, he's the one that flipped his life upside down.

August looks at Kali and she nods softly, sheer terror was on her face and it concerned him.

Reese laughs and shakes his head, "Outta all people? Ant, Kali?"

"Ant?" She questions looking up at August.

"My middle name is Anthony." He mutters and Sincere chuckles, 'This fools name is August?'

"You don't even know dis nigga name?See when she mentioned a lil' boy in her class, I ain't think it was gon' be you. August." He puts emphasis on his name. Sincere and August never got along.

Sincere was good in with Mel, never August. He just knew August as 'Ant' and August knew him as 'Ace' because that's what his brother always addressed him by.
