Chapter 14: Sports Festival pt. 2

The battles looked difficult and when I saw who I was up against I smiled knowing I'd win. Mina is strong but she can't control her acid well and if I control it she's done for. But controlling her acid takes a lot of energy out of me.

So that's not an option but she also doesn't know my fighting style. I will shake it up and not capture everyone with my water lock. It's cheep and boring. Poor Sero he's going against Todoroki and there is no way he'll hold back. For my fight against Mina I'll use tar. Contain her feet and hands and then I'll use vines to tie her down.

Easy.

Midoriya's fight against Shinso is happening right now and he is just walking to the end of the battle stage. We are all yelling at him, snap out of it, Ojiro is muttering about him not listening to something he said earlier. BOOM! His fingers are broken and he looks pissed. He runs at Shinso and pushed him out of the ring. I'm not going to watch Todo vs Sero. I know what'll happen. I need to get ready or my fight. I walk off and clear my head.

Water and air swirl around me but I don't stop it. No one will get hurt here I can let this go freely. This should be an attack of mine. "Why is there a hurricane around you?" Who?

Shitttt.

"Oh sorry Endeavor. I didn't think anyone would be in the halls." "Just don't get out of control like that." He said. Wow for #2 he is still nice at sometimes. My fire wings come out cause I got mad. Todoroki told me about how he is behind closed doors. If I win I need to work on my fire. He's my best bet.

"It was on purpose but I gotta go and prepare my mind. Goodbye Endeavor." I then walk away and start up my hurricane again. Ahah! Poison Ivy. I can control all plants even poisonous ones. I could throw those on Mina or any other people I fight but I want to use that later.

"Y/n!" "What! Im busy!" I turn around and see my boyfriend, Katsuki. "What's going on with you?" He asks. "I'm preparing my mind for my battles. So I can't talk." I don't want to push him away but I need to think. The screams are just coming back. "I'll listen to you so walk with me, but I really need to be alone." I stop walking and calm down making my wings turn to water and my hurricane evaporate.

I look at Kat and he looks calm but ready to take me on if he needs to. I meet his eyes and they change to concern. He runs up and hugs me and I hug him back. He pulls away and kisses me. It's soft and gentle. Like our first kiss. When he pulls away I give him something. It's a cherry blossom flower covered in ice. It's so the flower won't die. I hand it to him with the biggest smile in my face. I blow him a kiss and run towards the waiting room. It's already the third match so I need to be down there.

He scoffs with happiness and walks away. I run off towards the waiting room. Mina is already in the other one. I already know what I'll do with her. "NEXT UP IS ASHIDO MINA AND (L/N) (F/N)!" Midnight announces. Denki lost quickly. I walk out and onto the ring. Mina and I look at each other and she smirks.

I bring out my water wings, that isn't cheating cause I'm not hurting or starting before Midnight says go. When she does say go I let Mina take a shot at me. "I'm sorry Mina but I'm winning this." And I envelope her in a hurricane or tornado. It has water in it but she won't drown. "Mina can't move anymore so (y/n ) wins!" I stop the storm and the crowd cheers. Mina stands up and smiles at me.

The water is decorating her pink skin. We walk off and I go back up to the gathering of our class. They congratulate me and I know who I'm fighting and how to win so I smile and thank them. I walk up and hug my squad. "(Y/n) you already know what you will do to defeat the people you go up against, right?" Kirishima asked. "Of course I do. I know all the quirks and how to defeat them." I respond.
