Chapter 22: Ride to Camp

Personally I'm excited for these next chapters. Cause the plot shall change. Yay.

I woke up to Chief barking at me so I could let him out. I reluctantly got up out of bed and went downstairs. Opened the back door, left it open, then I gave him food and water. Once he ran back in I shut and locked the door. I walked over to the counter and started getting out the ingredients to make waffles.

When I got all that together and grabbed the waffle iron I was all set. After a bit I had made waffles and then dad came downstairs with his sleeping bag in his arms. "What's wrong?" "It has a hole." "Oh I can stitch it back up." "Okay thank you and these smell great." He handed me the bag and pointed at the waffles. "Well they are for us so dig in."

I grab our sewing kit and an extra yellow piece of fabric and stitch it on. After I finish I give it back to dad and get some waffles. After I eat he washes dishes while I put on my music and get my bags ready. "Hey can I bring a pillow and a blanket?" "Yea if you want!" "Cool thanks!" I continue putting everything away and then I remember I have a dog. "Dad who's taking care of Chief, Pluto, and S'mores?" "Pretty sure Yamada is." "Okay."

I grab Chief and put him on his bed with his favorite toy. Then my phone starts blowing up.

SharkTeeth: hey who's at the school rn?
AlienQueen: it's 7. No one
SoySauce: fairs and I haven't left yet.
Firefly: the bus leaves at 8 we should be there by 7:30.
Explosiveboi: I'm just bored.
Pikabitch: I haven't even finished packing and I was watching vines.
Firefly: doesn't surprise me
SoySauce: yea Denki that sounds like what you'd do
AlienQueen: y'all I gotta eat and I'll see you at the school soon.
SharkTeeth: okay coolio
Firefly: byeeee

My friends are some great people. Once I have packed everything I needed I move the bags to the front entry-way and I play with Chief for a bit, until dad says we gotta go. "Okay okay I'm grabbing them as fast as I can." "Hurrryyyyy!!" I quickly put away my last bag into our car and we drive to the school.

I see the bus that looks like a tour bus. And no one else is here yet. Dad helped put in my bags and I helped with his loading them into the under cabinets and I brought my bag with me inside the bus and sat in the way back in the window. Two chairs per lane. The isle is wider for two people to walk down and it's a nice bus. The seats aren't leather and there is heating or A/C at every chair. Seat warmers too. I put my stuff undef my chair and chill back.

A good 10 minutes pass before people start coming. I see everyone line up, put the bags in the under cabinets and find a seat. When I see Hanta and Denki first I am shocked. "You guys are the first ones here?" "Apparently." "I'm as shocked as you." Nice pun Denki. He actually shocked me with electricity as he said that.

After a bit the other three come on the bus. I go and hug Kat and sit him next to me as Sero and Mina sit together and Denki and Kiri are sitting together. I snuggle with Suki until his head lifts up off of mine. I look up at him questioning why he moved until he kisses me. It was a nice long and loving kiss. "You could've just said something." "Tch. I just didn't wanna say anything."

He lays his head back on mine and I doze off. After a bit I wake up and see we are on a plateau and slowing down. We stop after three minutes. "Get up we are here." Dad said. We all got up and walked out of the bus then I see them, "OMG YOU'RE HERE!" I run up to Mandalay, Pixie-Bob, Ragdoll, and Tiger and hug them.

"Is Kota here?" "Y/n calm down and yes he is, Kota!" "What." "Y/n is here." "YAY Y/N!" He runs up and hugs me. "Hey little guy how are you?" "Way better with you here." "Cool well we can hang out later right?" "Yea!" So I step away from him and go back to my group. After a bit Deku wanted to talk to Kota.

Then shit went down.

"Hey I'm training to be a hero. What's your quirk?" He asked, well Kota just kicked him in the no no square. Iida tried to step in but Kota turned around. "That brats got spunk." Kat commented. "He's like a mini version of you." Todo shot back. "Hahaha. That's fuckin funny!" "Shut up babe."

"All of you be quiet you are going to walk to the camp and battle earth monsters." "That'll be easy for me." "Ah Y/n. You need to work with me for some of this camp." Pixie-Bob said. "Okay." "Go!" We jump down and immediately get smacked, stepped on, or crushed. "Imma fly up and scout." I fly up with my fire wings and see a flying earth monster so I collapse it in mid air. "Look out!"

I crush as many as I can. So far I can destroy 3 at a time but 5 more get made over and over. After about 2 hours we get to the camp. "Fucking finally." "Mood. I'm hungry!" "Well we had lunch an hour ago. Thought you'd be here by then.." come on! "So what are we going to do?" "Train."

We all go to separate training areas and I work with Pixie-Bob. "Create earth monsters and make them come to life." I did exactly that. They moved and walked on their own. "Now make ice monsters and make them fight." I was confused on how I could make ice come to life but I tried and they did the exact thing, moved on their own.

I made an ice spike and earth ball hit both sets of monsters and they fought. Chunks of ice and earth flew everywhere, I think I heard someone scream cause a spike fell close to them. Once the dust cleared out both groups of monsters were gone. "Great job now you need to go and train with Tiger and your green haired classmate."

I fly over to Tiger and Deku and tell him what Pixy told me. He agreed that I needed to go through this harsh training and I did. It was like army training. Doing push-ups in mud and rain, 1,000 reps of jumping jacks, sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups. After all that Deku looked like he was about to pass out I just simply stretched, grabbed some water and walked over to the lake.

Ik this never happened but I said the plot shall change..

I started making a hurricane. It was small but getting bigger, but I heard a small voice next to me and I stopped. I looked down and it was Kota. "Hey what's up?" "I asked what you were doing." "Oh I'm testing out my hurricane move. I was going to do a Tsunami but it's a lake.." "Makes sense." "Are you at least practicing your quirk, Kota?"

He glanced around before answering, "Sometimes at night when I'm alone I practice, but you can't tell anyone." "I swear I won't. Wanna watch me practice my add ons?" "Sure." I show him my tar, sand, lava, magma, smoke, and vines. He's seen the ice. "That's cool!" "Thanks. Hey no one will see if I build a wall if you use your quirk."

He pauses for a bit thinking if he should then he answers, "Okay I'll do it." I build the wall using the dirt and earth rocks. "Here try to make this flower." He makes a bear. "Okay that's cool. Can you make wings on your back like me?" I ask and create my water wings. He tries and creates the wings. "Okay you can fly but you need to be careful. I'll catch you if you fall so try to fly."

He manipulates the water to make himself fly, the water wings flapping in the air. He opens his eyes to see he's flying and he looks so excited. "I-I'm doing it!" "Yea Kota you are!" Now fly towards me." He slowly flies towards me. Stumbling a bit but makes it over to me. I grab his hand and he evens out because of my air quirk. I make the wall higher and I build him a pedestal to stand on.

"Now let's try flipping." I demonstrate how I fly them I flip and he has a bright look in his eyes. I told him I'd catch him if he fell but he looked so determined he said he wouldn't even need my help. I was still prepared to help if he fell. I started flying and it became smoother than earlier then he tried out flipping.

He swooped down and flipped perfectly but the landing was a little rough. He skidded to a stop on the ground but fell back on his butt. "That was great! But try to stay in the air." "Haha funny. Who taught you to fly?" "I taught myself but then one of my favorite hero's, Hawks helped teach me." "That's cool!" I smile at him and his excitement.

After 30 minutes to a hour of practicing flying I took down the wall and we walked back to camp. He was happy and so was I, we shared our adventures and he seemed happy for me going to UA and the hero course. I hope he at least considers it.
