CHAPTER:- 3
........♡........

I slammed the car door shut after getting inside it. I looked at the man who was now clutching his one leg a jumping around. The passerby's, steered their kids away from him which made me giggle even harder.

When he stopped jumping around and glared in the direction where I was seated in the car, I knew this was the time to drive off.

"Wait till I get my hands on you, you little-"

"MOVE OUT OF MY WAY BEFORE I RUN YOU OVER WITH MY CAAAR!" I screamed from the open window. He won't be able to here it, but it was just a result of the adrenaline rush.

Turning the ignition key, I pressed on the acceleration. I stuck my tongue out at him when I drived past him which obviously earned me a death glare.

I drived the car to the third floor parking, where there were, thankfully, some empty parkings (without a lamborghini stealing them from me).

Whistling to myself, I opened the car door and breathed in the fresh parking lot air. Slamming the door shut, I locked the it and skipped to the nearest entrance for the mall.

As soon as I was near the automatic doors, I tripped on a pebble.

A. Fudging. Pebble!

"Ow, that frickin hurt."

Wait.

I fell on someone. Again.

I opened my eyes to see a woman, probably in her mid twenties rubbing her head and glaring at me.

"I am so sorry miss," I started, holding out a hand to help her get up, but a new voice cut me off.

"NO! DONT LET HER GO! SHE STOLE MY PURSE!" A old lady yelled, wobbling her way towards us.

My eyes widened as the woman (who was supposedly a theif) started getting up, probably to make a run for it. I quickly got her arm which, indeed had a purse hanging.

"THIEF! THIEF! HEEEEEELP!" I screamed, hoping that the security guard who was dozing off, could hear me.

Guards these days! All the do is sleep. Ugh.

The woman gave me a quick glare (which I will probably have nightmares about) threw the purse at the ground and got out of my grip, escaping.

Damn. I need to brush up my theif catching skills.

I looked down at the purse lying on the pavement. Picking it up, I held it out to the old granny.

"Thank you deary," She said with tears in her eyes, "this purse was given to be my late husband." She sniffed.

I stood there awkardly. How the bloody hell do you response to that! "Uhh why.....a purse?"

Shut up Savavnnah. Shut up. If you don't speak, no one realise that you aren't here.

My inner voice is the reason for my lack of self confidence.

"I asked the same thing to him," She chuckled, "he said that it's for when my hands aren't enough to carry your stuffs, you would always have my extended hand version of this purse,"

I smiled, "That's so cute!"

Then i noticed something. Hmmmm..... her eyes. Why are they familiar?

"Oh! My grandson is waiting for me. I shall go then, thank you once again deary," She patted my head and walked away.

I smiled while waving my hand at her.
